Just walked out of this establishment. The woman came up to me to «help» while I was in the store but ended up losing a customer. First she assumed that I have not done any research about the nice little supplements list I already have. She then insults my intelligence by asking me if I know about the FDA? WTF lady? Seriously? She then tells me that the Centrum brand and a couple others I mentioned are all«grocery brands» and I can go to the store down the street for that. Wait? Don’t you want me as a customer? Apparently not because you just managed to insult my intelligence and research skills all in the same breath. Well, I hope people read this review and avoid your little overpriced shop. I wonder, was your treatment of me because I walked into your store with my partner or was it because it was 10 minutes before closing? Or is it because you are simply stupid and have absolutely no concept of what customer service skills actually are? Bottom line, other than causing my blood pressure to spike for a split second I couldn’t care less what your reason was. Your treatment of me as your customer was absolutely awful!

Love them, love Brenda. Prices are higher, but quality and lack of shipping costs makes it worth it.

This place has a ton of stuff. I especially like that I can call and ask if they have what I’m looking for and they will hold it up front for you. The prices are a little high but I don’t mind supporting a local business.

Products seem pretty good. I just don’t like being treated like a criminal. I was followed around the store, when the other customer was not. The saleslady had to look over cashier to see inside my purse before she was relieved. They should get(better) surveillance cameras instead of making HONEST customers feel like suspects. Blue jeans and no makeup does not equal criminal. I will take my money elsewhere!
