The food Is good but being ripped off not cool!! Don’t use your credit or debit cards here. With in the week charges started appearing on to my account that where not mine Not happy

1 star is way too generous. Not only did I get the wrong order, rude service but when I complained, the driver sent me hostile messages. This was before my trip to the ER for food poisoning.

By process of elimination I have narrowed it down to this place. I used my bank card there a day later I had some insane charges attempted on my card. So that was about 2 months ago. Now I use their services again and used another card. BOOM again I was hit for 5 different charge attempts for over 2 and 3 thousand dollars. Do not use your card here!

This place is really good. We have tried other Chinese food places in the area through the years but none compare. We haven’t had anything that wasn’t good. We have done delivery and dine-​in. They won’t let you down.

For the price, I expected so much more both in taste and quantity. The one bonus is this place delivers but be sure you gave exact change if paying cash because the drivers never. Never ever. Ever, ever have change so they’re crushing it on thise tips. And delivery cost a pretty penny anyway so that makes them kinda disrespectful on that change bit.

It’s Okay-!friendly staff but I am spoiled from eating at FuFu Café in SW Houston.

Ordered take out the first night I arrived late from the airport and the delivery service was very fast. Had the wonton soup which wasn’t so good. Fantasy shrimp which didn’t have any at all but was fresh and tasty. Beef with broccoli which was good and house special fried rice which wasn’t to fresh but the meat portions were pretty generous. Would do it again if wanted food last minute but probably would try different items.

Love it here! Hands down its the best chinese food in the area I’ve been coming here for years and the quality hasn’t changed! I haven’t been here in a month and they got a remodel! It looks so nice in here and just adds to the type of food they serve

I hadn’t been to Golden Jade for almost a year. Thursday, we were fixing stir-​fry for dinner so I ordered egg rolls to go with it. When I took them out of the bag, they were extremely greasy, not crispy like I remembered. We were eating and someone spit the egg roll out because he bit into something really hard. He investigated and found a piece of a tooth. This made everyone stop eating the egg rolls. As we were getting everything to take back, I saw a baby roach in one of the containers with sweet & sour sauce.
I called the store, didn’t get an answer. Called the next day, a recording came on saying they were closed for repairs, to call back today; left a message but haven’t received a return call. It used to be a nice place to eat, now and then. I won’t ever eat there again!

Well my hubby and I loved this place until he went with his boss and coworkers for lunch yesterday and his boss found a roach in his egg drop soup. They tried to talk to someone about it and got completely ignored. We will not be ordering from this place again.

I have been coming here for years… till yesterday. Went with my boss and two coworkers, my boss found a roach in his egg drop soup. When we confronted the staff about the situation they completely ignored us. After 15 minutes of trying to find someone to action the issue we left, never to return.

Me and my family used to eat here every sunday, we love it! Its affordable and good food. Nice & cozy inside. general tso is the best! And you get a good amount of food for a nice price! Love it!

Our go to Chinese place! Literally, they know us by name. We always take out and we actually drive out of the way to get it from here. Excellent portions, average prices, always delicious and fresh. Never have to wait longer than quoted and the staff is nice. I highly recommend.

Out of all the Chinese food in the area this is by far the best. Amazing food and service. The food is so unbelievable great.

I’ll never go back, got burned on a to go order and when I went back I was lied to and they wouldn’t make it right. Lost my business.

I seen this place a few times. I was running late getting to work from an appointment and decided to here. The food was good and hot. Honestly, thiss is the best Chinese restaurant in this area. Just my opinion.

Best Chinese food in the area. I order from here consistently. I recommend the sesame chicken and the egg rolls and the cream cheese wontons. The cream cheese wontons are the bomb. When I was sick I ordered the egg drop soup and it was also delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area. The delivery service is quick, accurate and friendly.

I haven’t been to Golden Jade in years. I usually like to eat phở, but today was in the mood for Chinese. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the staff are very friendly. Their family meals are a great value. $ 35 for dinner for 3 which included soup, appetizers, fried rice, and 3 entrees. The soup and apps were good. The entrees were plentiful, but a little bland. For dessert they served some almond shortbread cookies that were actually quite tasty.
There wasn’t many people dining inside, but I did notice a large number of people coming in for take out. Good to know they get a fair amount of business.

We’ve had a very hard time finding a GREAT chinese place on this side of town, so when a friend of mine told me about the Golden Jade, well… we just had to stop by and try it.
We actually ordered it over the phone and the woman that took my order was very polite and prompt in her responses. I decided to come by and pick it up since we were starving and I needed to come by the area just so I could know where it was for future reference.
Well, long story short… we’ve found a great place to have a good meal, but we haven’t found that ONE place that we’ll always keep coming back for great food.
I had the General Tso’s (Extra Spicy) which was very, very good… but my wife had the Kung Pao with brown rice and although it was better than most places in the area, it wasn’t the best we’ve had yet.
We’ll still come back every now and again, but sorry to say we’re still looking for that ONE Chinese restaurant that we’d eat at every day of the week!

I’ve ordered twice from the Golden Jade and both times the food was delivered hot and tasty.
As others have stated there isn’t much in the way for delivery outside of pizza in the Spring area, so having a restaurant that has served the community for more than 10 years deliver is great.
We ordered the combination dinners (affordable at $ 8.25 each), sweet & sour pork with fried rice, hot & sour soup, an eggroll and a fortune cookie, as well as sweet & sour chicken with fried rice, hot & sour soup, an eggroll and a fortune cookie. We added on an order of fried biscuits for $ 2.99 and the total came to somewhere around $ 23.
The staff taking the order over the phone may take a little longer to understand your order, but they get it right every time! The delivery time was fast and the driver courteous. We’ll definitely be ordering from them again.
