I have been getting my hair cut at Henry’s for as long as I can remember. I’m an active duty veteran whose been all over the world and have yet to find a barber equal to Henry. Not only is Henry a top quality barber but an amazing human being. He cares for his customers like family. His ever present happiness and genuine love for cutting hair is infectious. I guarantee you will leave happier than you arrived. I’m sure Henry will be cutting hair for many more years; so give him a try if you have a chance.

I just relocated to this area, and chose Henry’s because of the convenient location. The great reviews didn’t hurt at all… and I can only echo what others have already said. I tend to let my hair grow long… so it’s been several weeks since I got it cut… but Henry did such a great job, it’s looked good the entire time. Oh… and by the time I called for an appointment on Saturday, there were no openings until 9:15 Saturday evening… but the shop was still open, and Henry was still hard at it. Great find.

Great haircut and a nice conversation with the owner! The best barber I tried in the woodlands area. They may have walk-in appointments, but I recommend calling in advance.

Best barber in The Woodlands. Excellent service, great prices, quick haircut. Living in The Woodlands for over a year, I tried several barbers with no satisfaction. After finding Henry, the search is over. I’d recommend him to any guy looking for a quality haircut from a classic barber. And don’t forget that his prices won’t break the bank.

Henry’s been cutting my hair for years. I’ve had many other people try cutting my hair as I’ve moved around, and no one can seem to get it right the way Henry does. He’s always busy, so have the courtesy to make an appointment.

I went to get a haircut for a military board. When I asked for skin fade, he said ok. When he got halfway through the haircut I asked him to use a razor under the fade, which is what«skin» means. He then told me they can’t go any lower than what appears to be a 1. The place is called a barber shop. According to Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation the difference between a barber and a cosmetologist is the ability to use razors. If your employees can’t do that, then your establishment is not a barber shop. Then when the haircut was completed I had to remind the barber what a fade is. Then he «corrected». This haircut looks sloppy and unprofessional, so now I will have to either get another one, or shave my head completely before my board. $ 15 well spent…

Fast, friendly, good old-fashioned barber shop. Henry has been cutting hair since 1978, and it shows. My cut was exactly what I wanted and took half the time then it does it commercial shops. Henry greeted all of his returning customers by name as they came in the door. He was also great with all of the kids. I will be back.
