F.I.T. Human Performance

In past attempts to get fit, I tried the Y, home equipment, and videos, but I was never successful. Still, I needed to do something after being hospitalized twice last year for heart ailments. One of my wife’s clients recommended Bob at FIT Human Performance where he himself worked out. The results speak for themselves — I have lost over 15 pounds and inches from my waist while gaining muscle tone. Bob is a great trainer who can train people at all levels — he works people with medical issues like me, competitive students, and adults that are a lot more active then I am. I have never felt like a second class student with Bob, though. He really cares about making me a more fit person, even though I will never run a marathon, and has helped me set achievable goals. Everybody at work says I look much healthier and have more energy. I have even started walking up stairs again instead using the elevator when I can. My wife has started to go now but I will let her write her own review. Thanks Bob!
