Brandon and Bob were excellent in helping our church have a fantastic vacation bible school week. I was a little worried due to past experiences with other companies about having clean cut employees on the job but i was pleasantly surprised at their appearance and how professional they were. David, i think his name was David, was a great problem solver and when they had a mishap on a generator was quick to get it fixed in less than 5 minutes. Over a 5 day event nothing major went wrong and i would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very rude! I just called to talk about pricing, and the gentleman that answered was very very rude. He would not answer any questions and told me that he was busy and to look at the website. When I said that I was uncertain of which sizes were appropriate for my 6-​year old son, he told me he couldn’t answer that. I told him I would be calling somewhere else to which he replied fine. If they are this rude before they have your money ($ 200 and up) I can’t imagine how they would treat you after they received payment. Beware!

Houston Party Rental in Spring ruined my son’s 1^st Birthday in October. First they delivered a dirty bounce house /​slide combo with old mud and grass all in it. They only brought one blower motor for this huge jumper so I had to call for a second one. The snow cone machine they brought was broken and we could not get it to work; it was also dirty and had a terrible smell. Then when setting up the bounce house the guys hammered the metal stakes down into my sprinkler system busting the pipes. We are still trying to get the leaks fixed. Then when picking up the bounce house they drove their truck and trailer into my front yard and left huge tire ruts in my lawn. I get awards for how good my lawn looks so this was very upsetting. I called management numerous times and finally the owner, Bob, showed up. I also spoke to his son Brandon. When Bob showed up he was insulting, careless, yelled in my face and refused to do anything about any of the problems. He finally agreed to «put sand» in the holes in the yard. Well… he never showed up to do this and still refused to do anything else. I will NEVER use them again. DON’T use them unless you want your experience ruined too. I have paid out of pocket to fix the lawn and sprinkler system. I can never get back the experience of my son’s 1^st birthday.
