Advanced Apartment Movers

If i could give no stars i would. I Had a 9 am appointment. The guys didn’t show up until 12:55pm. I had to make several phone calls. Once they did arrive the were very very slow. We are paying by the hour. When I asked the guys if they could speed it up a little they got even slower. so what should have been a 2 hour moved turned into a 4 hour move. NEVER again would i use this company nor would I ever recommend them. Very unprofessional. 4 hours late is unacceptable especially if you aren’t going to communicate. i understand that things happen but this was unacceptable.

Terrible company. I am having the same problem as Bonnie D. 9am appointment. At 10am we called. They say they will be on the way shortly. 11am we call. No answer. 12pm we call no answer. Now it is 2pm. We have called many times with no answer. We try calling from a different number… They answer, (funny right?). When I explain how ridiculous this whole situation is and that they are 5 hours late they start yelling and getting an attitude with me… Terrible customer service. They deliberately avoid your phone calls when they are running late, which seems to be a regular occurrence. They also do not seem to care at all about the fact that they are screwing you with their terrible service. At this point we are over 5 hours past our appointment time and still have no idea when or even if they are going to show up. We contacted a different moving service. ****Don’t use this company*****

Great customer service and the movers were awesome! They were super fast and didn’t waste anytime getting anything done. If I ever move again I will be using these guys! :)
