Great neighborhood bar. With great people! Great live music! With the friendly feel! Nice craft beer selection with all the great liquors you could ask for. Service is good with a personal flare.

Best icehouse in North Houston. There aren’t many of these places left in the major cities in Texas, but you can still find a few of the old juke joints if you do your exploring. Floore’s and the Country Club in San Antonio, Ginny’s and Broken Spoke in Austin, and Lighthouse Icehouse here in North Houston (Spring). I used to include Adair’s in Dallas in my list of the old honky Tonks, but unfortunately it’s not what it used to be. If you want something authentic, old, and Texas, go to the Lighthouse.
