They got the best boba balls around! Love it, i’ll be back at least once or twice a week

I came here for the first time and was very disappointed. I thought it would be a decent boba spot considering all of the great reviews. I ordered a longan tea and it was way too sweet. It tasted like sugar water and the tea wasn’t strong enough. The tapioca balls were tiny and undercooked. They barely put any tapioca balls in the drink itself. My cousin ordered a passion tea and it was also very sweet. I tried my husband’s cream tea, which was okay but still had very little boba. As far as service goes, they were really nice but it took 10 minutes just to get our teas. I’ll stick to Boba Zone on Bellaire, even if it’s a far drive.

Great shop! Very friendly staff. I ordered a peach, strawberry, and pineapple slush. Strawberry jelly balls were added. It was very good. It was part real fruit and part syrup mix. There is minimal seating but when I walked in there were a few people studying. I’m looking forward to trying other things from this location.

This is a great lunch spot! It’s not usually busy, which surprises me because the menu is cheap for a quick and filling lunch, but I’m thinking maybe the location itself is just not a busy area. It looks like the complex is adding on another section to it so maybe more businesses will be added and this place will get more foot traffic. Their lunch specials include a sandwich and a drink for under $ 7 or $ 8 if the drink is blended. I think that’s pretty reasonable! They also have a wide variety of drinks to choose from. First, you order at the register and they call your name to pick up your order when it’s ready. The charbroiled pork sandwich is absolutely delicious. The French bread is perfectly toasted and fresh and the flavor of the butter and meat is so tasty. I think the sandwich is pretty authentic compared to other Vietnamese sandwiches in the area. It probably doesn’t compare to the places in Bellaire, but definitely a good substitute if you are up north. I have only had the green tea matcha with boba over ice and I have never been disappointed. The cups are large and they give a good amount of boba. The drink is not iced heavily like some places either. The ratio of drink to ice is just right. They have booths, chairs, and small tables which are all great for small groups. Come check them out and you won’t be disappointed!

Unfortunately the«mainstream» take on boba and jelly drinks is a failure. Boba is just soggy and unflavorful, not a lot of special drink choices either. Very generic and boring.

Sometimes the baby boba is a little chewy, but most of the time they are great. I love the Unilocal special which keeps me coming back.

The guy working the register is just the nicest person ever. I’ve only tried the milk tea here and it does have a different taste but it’s still really good. I like asking for half milk and half sugar since it can be too sweet and milky.

You walk in and you already feel you’re home. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Drinks are amazing and the pickled carrots on the sandwiches are to dry for. Our new Saturday morning hangout.

AWESOME coffee milk tea with chewy boba. And their vietnamese sandwiches are really good… I’m usually pretty picky with those. Definitely a good place for boba!

Love I heart Boba! Never disappoints me, amazing customer service, drinks are very customizable and they use soy base creamer, so dairy free options are available. Can never go wrong with the«Frozen Vanilla cappuccino» drink.

Loved this place! The ceiling accents were a nice touch to create a nice, relaxed, library type feel. My friend and I couldn’t decide if the wooden pieces were supposed to be books, but we decided they should be. It also had great seating, and the drinks were good. I like sweet and had a chai cream drink with tapioca, and it was pretty perfect for my tastes. My friend drank a coffee and cream drink and said it was way sweeter than he expected, but still good. Both were on the main menu options, but I can’t remember the specific names. We stayed for s couple hours on a weeknight and it never got super crowded, but there was a steady stream of people. I definitely plan to go back!

I boba. But really I do. Most importantly my wife loves coming here and what makes her happy makes me happy.

My tip for this place was somewhere along the lines of «watered down mess, pass.» I’m surprised so many people have tried this place as it is practically in the middle of no where. But I would also guess that it’s the only boba place within a large amount of miles. I got their coffee boba with ice cream blended. As someone who has worked at a smoothie place, I can definitely tell you that they don’t know how to blend anything. My boba was an icy mess(liquid and ice literally separating within the cup before getting it) and the coffee flavor was faint, practically non-existent. For something that was also suppose to have ice cream in it, it was not sweet. I’m not talking about it not being sweet/being bitter because it had coffee in it, because I like a bitter coffee. I’m talking it was not sweet for having any type of sweet substance in it. It took more than 10 minutes for us to get our two bobas and the last people to get their orders in, were the first to get their bobas. The 4 of us in front of them, did take notice. They should probably not have children making their boba drinks, as the girls there did not even look like teenagers. Again, pass DON’T BOTHERTRYING. I should’ve just waiting for Bambu when we got into Houston.

This particular branch has really good customer service and faster than the other one I went to. They have a lunch special from 11am-2pm, a sandwich and an iced drink for $ 6.25 or a slush for 7.25. I always get the charbroiled bbq pork. It’s super delicious! You have to try it! They have free wifi, good place to hang out or study! They provide board games also.

I always have a tapioca craving, and I’m constantly on the hunt for a solid tapioca place up north instead of having to drive to Bellaire for a good tapioca fix. I tried this place a couple of years ago and I remember I wasn’t a big fan, but I really wanted to give it a second chance. I ordered a mango smoothie with tapioca. I really liked the fact that they used fresh fruit, but I found my smoothie to be a little too sweet. The tapioca balls were really hard and had no flavor to them. I may come back if I am really desperate to satiate my craving, but this wouldn’t be my top choice.

We were craving boba tea in Spring, and I’m glad we checked this place out. I got almond milk tea boba and it was definitely one of the better boba teas that I have had. Creamy, flavor not too strong, and good tapioca balls that were just the right amount of chewy. I tried a bit of the hazelnut flavor and it was also REALLY good. Great atmosphere. A lot of couches and other comfortable seating. Two TVs playing. Plenty of parking. The place is also extremely busy even on chilly winter days. I didn’t see any outdoor seating, but it looks like they have some out when its warmer. Only $ 3.63 for boba, which is cheaper than other places I’ve been to. But it’s also a smaller cup than usual. Added plus: they have a Unilocal discount. Buy one, get one 50% off when you check in. I am a fan! If I’m ever in the Spring area again, I’ll be sure to give this place a visit again.

What a great place to order this type of drink. I really got some good info on how to select my type of drink. The staff was really helpful really friendly and so knowledgeable about their products. It has the lounge feel so you can go hang out but its a small establish Yes it was clean from what I could tell no drinks left out when I visited They take debit cards And they have one in the champion forests area Oh you get a frequent customer discount after so many visits sorry forgot the exact visit number Last they didn’t stereotype me I just hit keynotes ill wanted to get this review in before I forgot about them
