Chicken was all dark meat, didn’t really taste like chicken, the spring rolls didn’t have much flavor. Not impressed.

I’m lazy. Even if I’m super hungry I won’t go out unless I have to. I will go to this place at the drop of the hat. It’s so good. I must admit that I’ve only got the BBQ pork sandwich w a fried egg and the 4 fried Vietnamese egg rolls. The veggies are the freshest and everything is tasty. For most big guys like me u got to get double meat for it to be super tasty.

My boyfriend and I ordered food to go from this place last night. I seen good reviews so decided to give them a try. So I can’t say much about the customer service since we ordered take out and my boyfriend went in to pick it up… The food itself was good, we ordered a beef sandwich and char –grilled pork. My sandwich was good and the grilled pork was said to be really good and it smelled good, but I’m not much of a pork eater so I didn’t actually try it. I think I’ll eat here again and actually go in this time…

Don’t come here for the tea. The price of a milk tea($ 4.75) is outrageous for a 22 oz cup and it comes with ½ ice by default. The tapioca was terrible — way too soft, easy tearing apart like jello. And the drink was about as average as it gets, your typical milk tea laden with syrup. The BBQ Pork(w/fried egg) sandwich was just as disappointing. Mine came out somewhat cold/barely warm with hard, un-fresh, and overly salty bbq pork pieces. The bread was decent enough though and toasted to a nice balance between soft and crispy. The fried egg was a nice touch, but for 50 cents extra, I’d rather just go home, reheat the cold sandwich, and fry up my own egg to add in. You can surely find better boba and better BBQ pork banh mi in the area. My pick would be Heavenly Beverages for vastly superior bubble tea and better sandwiches.

I enjoy the chargrilled pork and spring rolls. Very good Vietnamese offerings… in the suburbs!

This place is ok I guess. The service sucks but the food is priced at about what you would expect to pay. The food tastes fine. I’ve had better but at least I think it is healthy. Average score: 3 stars.

Milk tea and Thai tea are outstanding. The bubble tapioca is to die for. Such a nice flavor. Their pork sandwiches are really good and a nice price. Love the charred pork and vermicelli too.

Great Banh Mi, Hubby and I ordered bbq chicken with a fried egg. Quick service, clean, and they catered to Hubby’s dairy allergy. Great place to grab a tasty yet affordable banh mi!

Vietnamese sandwich with non Viet baguette. Not bad. They also have boba drinks but they don’t have Vietnamese coffee… Disappointing. Nice vibe but food not worth more than 3 stars

I’m giving this place 1 star because of their terrible service. I don’t have a problem with waiting, but it is rude customer service to be sitting at the tables talking with the other worker about who should get up and take my order. I can hear you because I’m standing right next to you. I came inside of the place whenever it wasn’t busy at all, and I felt like I was an intruder breaking someone else’s conversation rather than a customer coming in trying to buy food. The atmosphere and the workers did not make me feel like I was welcomed at all into the place. This was not the first it has happen. I was hoping that my experience with the place would have gotten better, but it has not so far. For the rating of the food, the food is okay. I have had better vietnamese sandwiches at other places, but this is the nearest place in the Spring area. It is cheaper and better than the fast food chains in the surrounding area.

While running some errands in the area, we found this place on Unilocal & ordered our food to go & decided to stay and eat. Simple décor, very clean. Employees were very nice and helpful. Simple straightforward menu. Food was very fresh & flavorful. Will definitely come again if in the area.

Fantastic!!! I could eat here every day. Super yummy sandwiches at rock bottom prices. Who would eat at McD or other nasty junk food places if you could eat a freshly made Vietnamese sandwich for practically half the cost? Highly recommended.

I love this place. It’s amazing! I have been coming here since they first opened. Staffs are so friendly! I love banh mi sandwiches. The bread are toasted and crispy. The sandwiches is stuffed with fresh ingredients and its delicious! Their egg rolls are crispy and good too. I like their Thai tea, milk tea, and avocado smoothies. Quick & easy.

I believe it’s owned by the same banh mi place down veterans near the Hong Kong market. Anyways the banh mi here is excellent. The bread is toasted to the rift amount so you don’t cut up your mouth(like I do with other places…) besides that the number 5(pork and egg) is the best. Overall they aren’t complicated sandwiches with this or that, but the way the bread is made along with the meat of any type is cooked really well. Decent pricing wish it would be slightly cheaper for the amount we get.

I’ve only been here once, had the beef sandwich. It was hot and tasty and the veggies were crisp. I also took an order of spring rolls home, nothing stood out about them, I was hoping for the same crisp veggies as the sandwich had. I would like to go back and try the chicken.

The avocado tapioca is to die for! It’s creamy, thick, rich, and has such a soft sweetness to it. I ate the full order of shrimp spring rolls and they were just mediocre. There were no veggies inside, only vermicelli and shrimp, so I found them to be rather dull in taste and texture. The peanut sauce was nice though. The staff is very kind and helpful! I’m going to be back for banh mi and more tapioca for sure.
