Discovered this little place yesterday, and had the best Breakfast I’ve had in a LONG time ! Waitress was excellent as well — very attentive. Décor was 1970’s Diner style, and Very Clean. Kudos to the Chef — as I said — the Breakfast was great and served all day. Will be a regular !

A diner like you would see on triple d. A few tables and booths with some funky décor. Today there was one waitress, but she stayed on top of things. Our drinks were always filled and our food came out quickly and piping hot. This place had a lot of regulars, some came for the daily special, just got whatever it was. We started out with fried mushrooms. The batter was crispy and not greasy. It was so fresh the mushrooms were bursting hot with their juices squirting out. It is served with ranch and/or white gravy. The gravy is good and tasted like pioneer mix. Mom got a blt and chose pinto beans as her side. The beans come in a big bowl with huge slices of bacon. The blt is on toast. The bacon was cooked right and lettuce and tomato were fresh. I had a cheeseburger. The patty is thin, how I prefer, on the same size bun. This was every bite has meat and bread. It seemed hand formed as it was not uniform, cooked well, and not greasy. They serve it with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and mustard. I got the fries and onion rings mix basket. The fries were cooked crispy on outside, tender in all with a sprinkling of spices. The onion rings had a good batter on them. Neither were greasy. Great diner and their breakfast looks good. I will return to try more.

I got here at 0930 Seating is very limited. Country café atmosphere. Bailey’s is the kind of place local law enforcement and ambulance crews frequent because they know the food is good! 0950 still waiting for food. They do need to update their furniture — booths are torn. Chairs are ripped. Plaid curtains are dated and ugly. They also need new ceiling tiles in the kitchen area. Air ducts are… well-seasoned. 0955 food is served. Eggs were great! Bacon was chewy and had very little flavor. Biscuit and gravy very good. Service was good and friendly. Although I was disappointed with the bacon and the furniture, I like this place! I’ll definitely come back. I think next time I’ll try the omelettes. They looked delicious!

I had to take my son to football practice in the area off of Stuebner Airline and searched on Unilocal for a breakfast place. It came up with Bailey’s as the number one place. So I decided to give my son and his friend a treat and we ate breakfast there. The sign outside is faded in the building is kind of sketchy on the outside, but on the inside it had an «old diner» type feel. The manager seated us right away. Then the waitress brought us water and took our order. I ordered one pancake and a side of 2 eggs for $ 9.50. My son ordered two pancakes and his friend ordered two pancakes and bacon. It came out within 10 minutes. The pancakes were large and light and fluffy, very delicious. My son and I enjoyed the scrambled eggs as well. My friend’s son said the bacon was crispy and just right. The total for our order with tip was about $ 34. The manager checked on us again towards the end of our meal to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and it was! I would recommend Bailey’s and will eat there again!

Been going there for years and have mostly been satisfied. That was until last night and now I will likely never return. 2 things: roaches in the bathroom(which makes me wonder about the kitchen) and instant macaroni and cheese. Yeah, Kraft Mac and cheese instant was served to me. Not like it’s hard to identify and certainly taste the difference. The waiter verified that it was but there was never a question in my mind. Why would any self respecting restaurant serve instant mac and cheese? Such a disappointment for what was once a really good restaurant!

Old time hometown diner atmosphere. Great chicken fried steak and fried okra. Good home cooked meal. :)

First time at this restaurant. Came here for breakfast but didn’t get served till almost lunch. There were no seats available when we arrived at 1030. That was ok we sat on a bench and looked around at all the stuff. Our table was ready in about 10 min. With our table still dripping wet with their foamy cleaner We sat down ordered drinks looked over menu and about 5 min later ordered our food. So by 1045 order in more people were leaving we ordered breakfast items so figured it wouldn’t be too long till we eat. Watched the staff and saw how inefficient they were at doing certain tasks. We had a full hour to watch them… Yes an hour till we received cold bacon, sausage, and pancakes. The lady cleaning the tables didn’t have all her supplies with her and kept having to leave the tables multiple times to retrieve them. You would think after the first time she would remember. The a/c vents were covered in condensation and dripping onto two tables and I believe there food. I had a fan above me that was going so fast it kept blowing my hair in my face. So I asked the young man who worked there to turn it off. Another employee heard me ask that and I received a dirty look from her. There were 3 other fans that could have been turned on. One of them wouldn’t have affected any patrons. There just didn’t seem to be a leader or direction for the staff. Granted they were busy but considering how small the place is they should have a routine in place and b able to get things done faster. Don’t know how many cooks were in the back but an hour for eggs and bacon was ridiculous. People that were next to us came in about 30 min after us. Had no wait for table and received their food right after we received ours. We had 3 in our party they had 2. My son kept reminding me that he suggested lubys for breakfast. I was regretting the decision to try baileys until I had some biscuits and gravy. Have to say probably one of the best I have ever had. So kudos on that! Anyway our waitress was nice not very friendly but got her job done. We will come back, biscuits and gravy being only reason, but not at 1030.

You can never go wrong with anything on the menu however the cinnamon pecan pancakes are the best you can ever have. Awesome family environment. Absolutely worth the visit.

Excellent food and excellent service. The biscuits are amazing, This is my first time here and I’m planning on trying all of their dishes. The owner is very polite she waits on the tables with a smile on her face. This place is awesome all the way around.

I heard about this place over the years so decided to try it last Sunday. The clientele was of an older crowd. Lots of health related conversations. The service was fairly good, food was fresh and hot. First cup of coffee was tepid to say the least but the 2nd cup was hot. Prices were typical. Over tanned stern-faced lady went around to check if anything was needed but a smile on that tough, leathered face may aid in the dining experience. She was a bit intimidating. I may go back but I seriously doubt it.

Couldn’t wait to try the chicken fried steak after seeing a review on the news the other night. The service was great, sweet tea great, but steak not so much. I don’t think the gravy is made from scratch, so was a little disappointed. It sure didn’t taste homemade. Oh and the fries were good, too.

This place was featured on a local news show, so when we were there it was slammed. Even as busy as they were, service was super friendly and excellent, food came out fast and delicious, and we will be back. Favorite was the biscuits and gravy… biscuits were huge!

Love the biscuits and gravy! Can’t recommend it enough. The biscuits are homemade and big! This is definitely a go to place for breakfast(biscuits and gravy), brunch, lunch(burger), and dinner(chicken fried steak/chicken, and catfish)! They’ve been here forever and there’s a reason for that! There’s something on the menu for everyone.

Was at a farmer’s market next door and getting hungry, I asked the lady at the market if the place next door had good food. She told me it was good homestyle food. I was quickly seated and order the chicken fried steak and double mashed potatoes. The food was delivered quickly. The mashed potatoes were left lightly seasoned with garlic, but absolutely no salt or pepper. The white gravy was perfect and the chicken fried steak was the best I have had and I have had many in my day. The place was clean and staff was friendly.

The bacon, egg and cheese biscuit is out of this world! The biscuit is super soft and crumbly; you know it’s homemade! Don’t expect much from the coffee, however; but I am a coffee snob. The exterior does not do this place justice. Just go!

Amaaazzzinnng alllll daaaaaay. My parents live here for breakfast. I’m not huge on breakfast but their pancakes are the size of your plate and fluffy and amazing. Leanne is the sweetest woman I have ever met and almost knows customers orders by heart, and always helps smaller tables get their orders in before big tables. Now dinner, I love going to dinner here with my dad. Burgers delicious, cheeseburgers? even better. I have never had a better chicken fried steak. The fish is good, the chicken sandwiches are good, the chicken strips, the gravy… pretty much everything is amazing. If you want that small hole in the wall mom and pop eatery all to yourself. Come here. OH and the fries. GETFRIES.

I used to eat here weekly. The food ranges from average to excellent. Usually whatever is on the special board is excellent. I’m told breakfast is excellent and based on how busy they are in the mornings, I’m inclined to believe.

Drove to Spring to meet with our wedding photographer, suddenly I was hungry for just some good ol’ country home style food. Did a quick search on Unilocal and this place popped up. Exactly what I wanted. Soon as we walked in, I thought we had traveled back to the 90’s. That’s the décor the got going on. Also, went there on a Saturday afternoon. Place was dead. Had to call and make sure they were open. Service was incredible, but then again, my wife and I were the only costumers there. LOL. The girl was super attentive. Best attitude ever. The food was good. Home-style. She got a burger, I got the frito pie. and a root beer float(and they only use Blue Bell ice cream!) I was more than satisfied with the taste. Kinda reminds you of the way your mom’s burgers taste on a Saturday family picnic. They also have this fresh made sauce. ask for it next time you go. There’s another country place across the street that honestly looked even more inviting, but we gave Bailey’s a try instead and left with happy tummies and fully satisfied. I can’t wait to go back and order something else from the menu.

Surprisingly good country cooking/diner food. Friendly service that’s more than willing to accommodate special requests. Everyone’s breakfast looked excellent, but I went with the chicken strips, which were definitely above average. I was very pleased when our waitress offered me several side order options with my lunch. The tater tots are infinitely better than Sonic and the serving was much more than generous. Kudos to Bailey’s for taking care of a semi-large table with such good food and friendly help.
