I was very disappointed … We chose this place because their menu says they use CnD products… When I got there and chose which pedicure I wanted they said they can’t do that pedicure because they don’t have those products. I am a cosmetologist and can see with my own eyes that they just refill the creative nail design bottles with something else.(they had containers on a shelf). My girls got pedicures and manicures that were $ 23 a piece and supposed to include nail art. Their Mani and pedi together were 20 minutes long… They slapped 5 sloppy dots on for nail art. I also got a product similar to shellac and the technician got the product all over my cuticles. The girl that did my pedicure used a cheese grater looking think on me. I was highly disappointed. Our bill was $ 134 plus tip and it was not great. The girl that did my nails was nice and friendly but I will never return here again. The menu was a complete misrepresentation of the place.

I have been to Nails of America twice now in this Shopping Center and they are awful. I am not sure if the gal with the short bob type hairstyle and heavy eye make-up is the manager but she is usually at the front desk and is rude and unfriendly. I came in with my two young daughters because they have a small room in the back with pink Teddy Bear pedicure chairs just for little ones. The DVD players are all broken and have been for months and I had to ask them to clean the water bowls because they did not look so good. They did my girls’s toes in about 15 min and did not give them any special treatment but charged $ 20 each and barely got polish on all toes. The gal doing my pedicure was awful too and had my nails filed uneven on each toe. I finally got tired of pointing things out to her and just gave up. She did not do even a short massage with lotion or anything! The manager(I think she is a manager) was not kid friendly AT All so don’t bring your daughters in for a special birthday nail treatment and think you are going to get any warm fuzzy feeling here. The shop looks dirty and the pedicures are pretty awful. The worst of all is how rude the manager is when you first walk in and when you exit. She should do away with the children’s room because she clearly does not want to deal with excited little girls. She should also remove the misleading kids DVD’s on each Teddy Bear chair because every single one is broken and it appears they have no intention of fixing them. This is a chain so I am not certain if other locations are better but stay clear of this one.
