My nail tech moved my purse off of the ground for me and saw that it was a Celine purse. She then loudly asked me how much my purse cost me(in a room full of customers) saying that she knew it must cost about 5 thousand dollars. I coyly responded it cost more than I’d like to admit. She asked me again!!! My mom was with me… I said oh if I tell you my mom would kill me. She then proceeded to comment on my Valentino flip flops and ask how much THEY cost! After this she had a somewhat aggressive approach to up selling. Made me extremely uncomfortable!

Such a lovely experience. Decorated for Christmas and we even received a Christmas gift after service.

I love this location. Always professional and very nice place. When I’m always greeted in a timely manner. Location has been there for awhile. They also have a small boutique items you can browse through while waiting.

If I could give this specific nails of America zero stars I would! The staff was very rude and cocky! I felt like they were looking down at my mom and I even though we were the ones paying them! My mom and I asked for a mani/pedi and the manager was very stubborn and kept saying gel was better, however my mom and I didnt want to do gel this time. They kept insisting and it got really annoying so my mom said«no it’s too expensive» in hopes of getting them to just get started with regular polish! Then the ladies doing our nails began making fun of my mom and I for saying that it was too expensive and every time my mom asked for them to do a design or wax they would say«oh no, too expensive» and laugh and talk in their dialect. They didn’t even do our cuticles and we ended up paying $ 100 in total for absolutely nothing. I told my mom not to tip them because they did nothing and when we left the lady at the front said«you forgot the tip» and then she laughed and said«too expensive»! Never ever go to this nails of America I have never had this problem at any other place!

I’m giving them a 4 because I have been a long time customer of theirs. They keep the place clean, it’s a lovely atmosphere, they always offer water/wine/tea, and I like the women who work there. Recently they switched management, and I don’t know if it’s for the better or worse yet. Kim and Kay are amazing. Kay is super friendly and typically does my mom’s manicures and pedicures. Kim is also very friendly and gives awesome pedicures. I think it is all well priced, especially for it being in the Woodlands.

If you are a walk in customer like me, going to any Nails Of America in The Woodlands(there are only like what, 5?) is a crap shoot. You either get an awesome tech that does an excellent nail job or a employee that gives you a half ass done mani/pedi. I have finally found a few techs that I enjoy and call in every time to make an appointment with the now. My favorite is Be who works at the Nails of America off Woodlands Parkway over on the side with HEB, she’s great and very sweet.

Was hesitant to go here due to bad reviews but I had a giftcard… however, I went… terrible customer service, shellac manicure was ok, not sure my nails are all the same shape. Then I was told my giftcard could not be used there… so I won’t be going back.

I really like this place. I have been to quite a few nail places and this place is SUPER nice. It’s clean and they offer you wine, water, tea, and coffee while you’re getting your nails done. I got my toes done and asked to get shellac done on my nails and within an hour I had all ten toes and fingers done! They were lighting fast and super polite. They have free wifi too. The only thing I think they lacked was some music but that’s quite minor to a nail experience.

I do not think it can get better than this. Their deluxe spa manicure and pedicure is amazing. I live for the hot stone massage on my calves. They just installed new massage chairs that are just wonderful. The technicians are all meticulous and friendly. I have had a difficult time getting them to believe me when I ask them not to cool down the hot towels before wrapping my arms and calves. My medications do not allow it but you are also offered a glass of wine {or any other drink} while they are working. They do facial waxing and sculpted nails as well. The price is more than reasonable for all the attention and detail.
