Great company, great service, great staff!
You won’t be dissatisfied at Jaafar Ahmadi’s State Farm. The staff will go above and beyond to ensure you’re taken care of and they’re very friendly. Open on Saturdays too, which is very convenient!

Very friendly and easy to talk to. They will make sure you know what you are paying for (surprisingly easy process).
Would definitely recommend this office for two big reasons:
1. Customer service – 99.9% of the time the staff is very courteous
2. OPEN ON SATURDAYS – I’ve found Saturdays are the only free days I have to take care of insurance issues or needs, and they are one of the very few to offer Saturday hours

This is the coolest insurance office I have ever seen! They helped me out with my loan. Ask for J — the agent, he will take care of you.

Having recently moved to Texas, we needed to move our State Farm insurance policies to the state and to an agent here. We pulled into the State Farm office next to our little man’s daycare, but alas, no Saturday hours. Sooo… off to the internet!
A quick search on mobile Unilocal!for State Farm with a filter set to «open now» brought up the office of Jaafar Ahmadi just a little over a mile away. On the way, we passed several other State Farm offices which also offered no Saturday hours.
This office is on the 2^nd floor of an office building attached to a small strip mall. We took the elevator up and were greeted by Jaafar. Great first impression… very friendly, professional, and welcoming. While he was working with someone in his office, we were helped by his support staff who was equally kind and welcoming.
We had our 4-​year old with us and they were nice enough to roll in a big chair for him and hooked him up with a State Farm coloring book to keep him entertained while we conducted business.
They helped us get our policies set-​up, State Farm payment account information transferred, etc. They’re a fairly new agency and based on their level of service partnered with a strong brand behind them, I would venture to say they will be very successful.
