Ordered 3 yards of «top soil» for lawn leveling, and got about 10% rocks, 10% pine tree roots, and 30% lumps of clay in wet grey sandy dirt. Go take a look before you buy and make sure the dirt you order comes from the right pile.
I asked the delivery guy to drop the load in the street since the dump truck looked heavy, but he convinced me to drop it in the driveway instead, and of course the weight of the dump truck cracked our driveway. Great.
