I’m here every Saturday morning. Best tacos around! None of the other places in Spring even come close. I alternate between beef fajita tacos and beef fajita gorditas.

The criteria for good breakfast tacos are as follows: fresh tortillas, a well-used griddle, and good salsa. Taqueria Lupita has all of the above, plus a really great mural of Our Lady of Guadalupe on the side of the trailer. In the Cypress area, I think it’s fair to say that these are the best breakfast tacos. $ 3.50 will get you two breakfast tacos, complete with fresh tortillas and two types of salsa.

My favorite place to get a quick bite A little non-descript taco truck. LOTS of wonderful flavors. My favorite is the Torta with beef Fajita meat! But on the way to work, grab a couple beef tacos. Breakfast tacos are fabulous. The couple that runs the place are very nice.(Coaching me through my broken Spanish)
