I would have loved to make an appointment here for an upcoming Sunday but I called 3 times throughout one day and no one EVER answered the phone. Didn’t want to risk them not being open on a Sunday (didn’t know for sure because their hours aren’t posted anywhere online) so made an appointment somewhere else. Get your stuff together please!

Usually drop my wife off here and she is always happy. Walk ins always welcome. Drinks usually available on weekend.
Had shellac done before going to Paris for a week, it lasted so long her nails grew out before shellac chipped.
My wife is picky, so according to other reviews, maybe hit and miss… only my wife never gets a miss lol

I travel a lot and didn’t make it back to have them give me what I paid for… an actual pedi. No one bothered to contact me or reach out on Unilocal to address my concerns. I’ve received several responses from other businesses when I travel to make things right or thank me for a compliment. Anyway, I guess I should simply chalk it up to another pricey lesson and know that all of this chain of nail shops are the same (JK and DJ nails). It’s all about the $$$ for them… Hence this fancy new shop.
I’m sorry but $ 40 to have my toes polished is unreasonable. I could have done that myself. I’ve had this problem at all his other shops. No concern to make sure consumers are happy… SO CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!!!

10÷24÷15 This is Justin’s largest and fanciest shop yet. It has 6 pedi rooms with 6 chairs in each. Perfect for a girls day or bachelorette event.
My husband thought our room was a little bright. We would have liked to have the lights dimmed for a more relaxing experience.
Tracy and Jennifer were very nice and attentive but they were new and inexperienced. My toenails weren’t buffed for a smooth finish nor were they clipped or groomed like you would expect at a nail shop.
The menu needs to be tweaked. There is no mention of beverages included in your services, I had to ask about it. It has an option for an ultimate pedi but doesn’t have any details of what that includes.
I need to go back and have my pedi corrected… $ 90 for two pedis is way too much not have a satisfying experience.

My pedi was great but the mani was terrible. The woman was so tough on my hands, ripped off skin, and made my cuticles bleed. The shelac didn’t stay because of the poor priming and sanding job. I just was really not impressed.
