Still the best nail salon I have ever been too. Lisa does the best job ever on my nails. Hope to be able to go to her for many years to come.

I want to thank lisa, tina and the other ladies for always doing such a great job on my nails and pedicures also, on my husband too! Last week I broke a nail and had to go to the nearest nail shop by my work(Nails of America) WOW! I was shocked at what a horrible job this lady did. Also, I recently moved from spring to Montgomery and i will drive all the way to have lisa do my nails!

Came in with gel nails from Germany, where I live. It took more than an hour for the girl to soak them off with acetone(which totally didn’t feel right) as compared to how my regular nail lady does in 15 minutes– files the old nail off. Soaking in acetone completely weakened the nail, and when she used the fake acrylic nail to help«peel off» the old nail, she dug right into one of my weakened nail beds and created– literally– a whole in the middle of my nail. It. Was. Traumatic. I knew there was a communication problem, but I kept saying«gel» and«uv lights» and she kept showing me some gel nail colors from the wall. I picked a color and she proceeded to paint my nails(after finally removing most of the old– and over an hour later) COMPLETELYIGNORINGHOWWEAKTHEYWERE– LETALONETHEHOLE. I was freaking out, as I had to fly the next day(and was worried with nails so weak how I was going to DO anything) and finally another lady came over and asked why I didn’t like it. I was about to lose my mind. Long story short, the 2nd lady DID fix my nails with PROPER gel and I had«hard» nails again, but I walked out of there paying $ 65. At that point I was too shocked and just wanted to get away as fast as possible, but in retrospect, I should’ve walked away paying much less I feel. In all I was there 2 ½ hours for something that normally takes 1.15 hours in Germany(and they’re slow!) And I felt I was charged for TWO services: one for the first«gel polish» and the 2nd for the actual gel manicure. If I lived there(and weren’t just in town visiting my folks) I’d be sure to get the word out to never step in this«salon». The fact that it’s in Wal-Mart really should’ve tipped me off…
