Burger King

This establishment is posing as a restaurant, when in fact it is a box of morons. Driving thru is like winding a jack-​in-​the-​box, waiting for the Joker to pop up. They can’t even get a simple order right, and instead of apologizing, they stand around staring at machines and jokingly blaming each …

Okay, it’s Burger King, so I wonder about the need to even write a review. But today’s visit just irked me. I ordered the «Original Chicken Sandwich», which was one of my favorite fast food sandwiches when it was first introduced. You know, when it was «original».
Well, that’s what I ORDERED. What I RECEIVED must be the new and not-​at-​all improved version. The chicken was so over-​cooked that the outside texture was dry and crusty. The chicken inside was completely dry. It’s not rocket science, folks. Keep the oil at the proper temperature. Fry the chicken for the correct amount of time. It’s disappointing that they would even serve this for human consumption. I wouldn’t have eaten this if it had been free. Asking people to pay $ 6.19 plus tax for an original chicken sandwich combo is just insulting. It’s kind of sad, really, because when Burger King first came out with this sandwich, it was really, really good. The quality has declined over the years to the point that one would be generous to call this quality pet food.

If i could give this place negative stars I would. My husband and I stopped her on his lunch break thinking we would get in and out fast so he could get back to work. I ordered a double cheeseburger combo EXTRA pickle medium with a dr pepper (my favorite) he ordered a number 9 for my son and a number 12 for himself. We waited in the drivethru line for over 15 min. Finally we get to the window and my husband handed her the money and she hands back a 5 dollar bill and says we paid too much really nice to be honest right? She only had two of our meals on the damn ticket my husbands lunch wasn’t even on the ticket we had been there so long and she says do you want me to make it now? My husband said forget it we just didn’t have the time to wait. When I got my burger, of course, they only had two freaking pickles on the damn thing and the bun was slathered in ketchup and slopped together like whoever made it doesn’t give a shit. When your spending your hard earned money on food you expect it to be right. I know it’s just pickles but that’s what I love extra pickles. They didn’t even have it marked on the wrapper which tells me they did not put the order in correct. I think if they would listen at the damn drivethru and repeat your order back to you, then the orders would be correct. So my husband didn’t get lunch that day because he had to go back to work. All around a shitty experience for crap food and crap service we didn’t even get an apology. Freaking ridiculous!

I stopped by this location to grab some lunch to go the other day. There was no line at the drive thru which is a plus. I tried their $ 1 Rib Sandwich hoping it would by close to the McRib. Not by a long shot was it even in the same ballpark. For $ 1 though it was not too bad. I also sampled their Satisfries and they were pretty good. Service was prompt and efficient. I had to wait a few extra minutes because they were making fresh fries, but I would rather wait for fresh than be served old ones.

Finally got to try the Chipotle Whopper since another location thought I wanted a Whopper Jr instead. Chipotle Whopper=delicious. So are those loaded tator tots! And service was fast.
