Taco Bell in general max’s out at 2 or 3 stars, but the service at this particular location is horrible. Earth to taco bell hire new people at this location.

HAIRY TACOS. No joke. Tonight I got an order of hairy tacos and every single item was also wrong! How can you mess up a taco? I’m not sure but ask them because they do it every time. Go to the Taco Bell on Six Pines. The Sawdust location plain sucks.

I decided to dine in with my kids. My daughter likes to eat the pintos and cheese. I looked for a spork or spoon on the bar with the hot sauce. They only had knives. I had to wait several minutes at the counter to ask for one. They said they were out of spoons and would check the back for sporks. I waited another several minutes then asked for lids for our food so we could take it home. The staff acted put out when I asked for a utensil. I don’t think it is outrageous to want something besides a knife for a 2 year old to eat refried beans.

What can I say? Its a drive-thru restaurant and I love their Fresco Chicken Soft Tacos! Its fast food with consistent quality and a pretty good bang for the buck.

I just moved in this area and it is a busy-busy location. Although my 5 buck box deal didn’t come with the box, what was in the bag was heavenly. Bacon-ranch chalupa is one of the best things that has happened to their menu! Soo good but yet so sinful. Their food is cheap and good, no wonder the line stays in the street.
