Not only do they always have the kids watching movies, they don’t have an actual accountant so the bills get messed up. There is always problems with balances not being taken off after they are paid. To top it off they will talk down to you as if you can’t add, I finished college when I was 18, I can add. In the end I was right about my bill and they only offer an apology. They wasted my time!

There are better locations that care for your child. First off all that paperwork you carefully fill out to register your child and put specific information AKA Allergies, notifications, exact directions to anything… they fail to read it and write her information down for every cook or teacher to watch out what she is being fed, etc. Secondly, They have horrible communication between the parent (s) to the child. They do not fill out their daily sheets correctly at all, I want to know what my child is learning everyday and all of her diaper changes, when you blew their nose, wiped their butt, what she is being taught etc… Not that hard right? You take responsibility in caring for my child, teaching my child, right? But yet horrible communication to the parents to work as a team together to help your child grow. Lastly, incident reports, I have always notices new scratches on my child face, bruises, etc she is 2.5 and clumsy, but when an incident is severe enough to fill out an incident report and then not contacting the parents, that is another issue. Their excuse was that they were too busy to call the parent of the incident. Excuse me? I don’t care if you are too busy watching TV in the front desk, if there is enough time to fill out a report it takes 3 min to call and notify the parent, end of story. No this establishment gives a ton of excuses on how busy blah blah blah. Well then obviously they need to hire more help or very simply put, notify the parent (s).
Then when you try to address the director with the incident they give an attitude back with basically stating you can move establishments, we fine by me. I’m sure they will replace my child with another poor sap. The director also tries to explain that they are trying to accomidate and it is not protocol to contact the parent for an incident. WELL, excuse me for filling out a crap ton of paperwork for nothing if you fail to read what I wrote in her file on how to care for my child with certain instances or I could give a rats @SS about your protocol about contacting parents on an incident. I want to be notifies even though your protocol is to not contact the parent.

wow just received a call from the director and she is canceling my childs contract at 9:30 pm without warning and I work at 0730 am, nice. real nice, amazing for me to lose pay because of this daycare.
Despite the idiots that own this establishment my daughter loved some of the teachers and was happy to see them, go to dance and splash pad now again she will change schools and move again… great timing, what @sses. unreliable at 9:30 pm at night doing this to us.
Find another place.

Our son started with KRK when he was 8 weeks old. He is our first and I can tell you the idea of leaving him was HARD. But the ladies in the two infant rooms (Suite 100 & 150) are really amazing child care providers. Even after he moved up to the toddler rooms when ever he saw those ladies he would run to them for a hug.
The owners are really great people and will go out of their way to help you if they can. My husband forgot the nebulizer treatment on a Friday afternoon and the owners took time out of their own weekend to meet us and let us retrieve the machine. They offer great perks like Parents Night Out and post lots of good pics on Facebook.
A gripe I would have is that the teachers in the young toddler rooms (Suite 200& 250) seemed a little young and didn’t make the kids mind as much as I would have liked. The teachers in those rooms didn’t seem to communicate as well either. We would get requests days or even a week late. When they say bring Chicken Nuggets for the holiday party… they want them cooked already. I didn’t know that!
I will say that the cameras can be a double edged sword. It was very nice to see him running around and having fun, but it can also lead to misconceived notions about what is happening in the room. Which leads to worry and stress and asking questions and over analyzing the teachers. Our new daycare doesn’t have them and I think I like it better that way.
So, why did we move our son if we liked it so much? And why didn’t I give them 5 stars? Well it all comes down to money in the end. We had to scale down our bills and we were told the weekly pricing wasn’t flexible. It really did break my heart to have to move him and I think the ladies in the infant rooms were sad to see him go also.

I have to admit, we used to be very happy with this daycare. However, on a Friday, we were notified that our 21month old daughter was being expelled for biting. They stated she has bitten 5 seperate times, throughout the course of the week. This was a total shock to us, since they had not notified us, for any of the biting incidents. Their policy states that biting is normal toddler development and that they would work with the child and parents, schedule parent teacher conferences, and help support the child. They did none of this. The teacher even went as far as lying, by stating she had written the incidents on the daily report outs. I saved all the report outs and this was just not true. We were then faced with having to uproot our daughter and desperately find another daycare by Monday! Luckily, we found a wonderful place just around the corner, that was thrilled to take in our daughter, after we explained the situation. Shame on you, Kids r Kids, from turning your back on our child!
