So I have been coming here about 2 weeks now & so far I’m impressed.
Clean– everything is very clean. It smells pleasant & that is huge for me.
Organized– things are orderly & the machines aren’t too close together.
Small– it’s a quaint atmosphere, no kids, no grunting, no meat heads, normal people being healthy.
Trainers– they have great trainers
Equipment– they have all the basics plus an exercise room with an anytime trainer. I have used that a few times & it’s great!
Overall I highly recommend this place!

All I have to say is… wow! It’s almost like having your own personal gym. Squeaky clean, with top notch Life Fitness and Hammer Strength equipment. No matter if you are a beginner or have been lifting weights/​working out for years– this gym is a class act and has everything you need. The Fitness on Request on demand fitness system is a great added bonus as well that is very unique. The staff is incredibly friendly and supportive, the location and 24 hour access to brand new, quality equipment is as convenient as it gets. This gym gets 5 stars in my book, hands down!
