Went not very friendly, but Hannah is great and skill she need to open her own nail shop.

Made an appointment with my daughter. Had high hopes this would be our new to go salon but was severely disappointed. Greeting at the door was mediocre. I was instructed to pick a color, which I did, and was told to follow the lady assigned to me. The moment another customer walked in, she dumped me and had an elderly gentleman assigned to me. He was nice and offered me a drink. The quality of work was not good but not bad. I could have done a better job. The lady who did my daughter’s manicure/solar nails was very rough on her nails. My daughter’s fingers were very sore for a few days. My daughter left the facility feeling awful. We definitely won’t recommend this place to any of our friends and family.

BEWARE! I use to love this place! Great mani pedi combo kept me coming back for 3 years and bringing friends. But this last time I even brought a new friend to tell her about this place HA! I had long unrollable pants on and they made it a big deal beacuse I didn’t want the combo or deluxe pedi. My massage chair and tub were broken and my foot rest kept breaking off the entire time. They never moved me even after the 7th time. The lady doing my pedi cut me and no apology. Then they painted my nails sloppy clear and color polish on the side of my toes. Didn’t like my color after they finished. Easy fix… no! My friend and I asked about a color change and we’re told it would cost more. Asked for the manager in a polite manner. The lady talk to him in Vietnamese before she translated guessing that was so we would not know what was being said. Was very rude and then he agreed and said yeah it would be more. They brought up that it was my friends first time, but didn’t tell her about the upcharges for the french tips. Last $ 35 dollars you’ll get from me. I won’t be going back and neither will my friends. Heard there is a better place near HEB. I’m not paying for bad service and that’s what you’ll get here.

Went with my Mom this past Sunday(4⁄12) in the search for a decent nail salon. This place is NOT our new place. Everything began fine until it came to clipping and cutting(or lack of cutting) cuticles. The lady that was attending to my toes decided instead of cutting my cuticles — she would PULLTHEMOFF. Specifically off of my big toes. When she did it — it didn’t hurt too bad but today it is really uncomfortable to walk. The girl doing my Mom’s toes cut her nails so short(on two toes) she began bleeding, she then put the green fire liquid on her toes to prevent the bleeding. My mom tried to put her foot back in the water to ease the pain and was yelled at. Second to the actual poor pedicures — both of the actual painting of the toenails is so poor my 4 year old could probably do a better job. On to the next salon I suppose. Don’t waste your time here.

Disappointing. Rushed in and out with no personalized service. Offered various scents to other customers, my water got what the nail tech chose. The water was cold, my feet like an ice block. Service was fast, but many corners were cut in the process. One place where you get what you pay for is evident.

Best pedicure ever, you get a lot for your $. $ 35 for a super deluxe pedi! Jamie is my fav, you need an appointment though usually for her, she is especially popular for solar nails which I don’t get but she is always busy doing them for other people.

Was very pleased with my experience at the salon. Nini did my nails and did a great job. I will update my review in a couple of weeks as I see how they do. But so far I like… :)

Great, very friendly service. My girl spent an hour plus on my delux pedicure and mani, and paid attention to detail. This is what a pedicure is suppose to feel like! Like other reviewers said what you get for $ 35 is a bargain!

Love this place as well. Have been going for several years. Jaimie, Amy and Tracy are awesome. However, we have noticed they are really letting the place get run down. The floors are filthy especially behind the chairs. The chairs used to be nice but are getting all ripped up and the massage controls don’t always work. I’ve noticed they are also getting lax about the sterilizing of equipment. We have started to look elsewhere and we hate to! But we also don’t want any infections from lack of cleanliness! No price is worth that!

i’ve gone about 8 times and think it’s a bargain. read other reviews to see what all you get for $ 35. however, last time I was there a nail technician named Tiffany did a poor job on my nails. she didn’t buff any of the ridges off of my nails, she left jagged edges when she filed them, and put clear nail polish on my nails as if she was blind. really poor job. however, that was my first bad experience there, and i’ll go back-i’ll just request someone else.

All I have to say is WOW, WOW and WOW! Truly a great deal for everything that you get. My sister and I went there this last weekend. We came in around 12pm and got appointments for about an hour later. This pedicure is a treat from beginning to end. You truly get your $ 35 worth for what you are given– and their special also includes a free manicure! Whaaaat? I just couldn’t believe it. Great ambiance, great staff and a truly wonderful pedicure. My sister lives right down the street so it was convenient. If you are in the Houston area, anywhere near this place, run here! You won’t be disappointed, I promise.

$ 35 = amazing green tea minty experience: –amazing spa chair –beverage(wine, if you like) –sea salt scrub on feet/legs –paraffin wax on feet –massage on hands/arms/feet/legs/shoulders –hot stones on legs after minty sea salt is removed = woah –normal mani/pedi seriously…can’t beat it!

I really like this nail spa. There is a guy who is always here, I can never remember his name, but he is always nice and happy. The room where they do the nails is relaxing. They have a tropical back drop to the wall which can be calming, i guess. Everyone that I have had has done a good job on my nails. The spa mani-pedi is actually pretty cheap. You have the option of 4 different aromatherapy scents which they use for the foot soak, sugar scrub and the lotion. My favorites are the mint and for the other days I like the lavender. They always give a good massage on my feet and arms/hands which almost puts me to sleep. If you go here, make sure you get the punch card. For every 10 times you go there, your 11th regular pedicure is free. It can not get any better than that.
