Worst experience ever. I had recently moved to Texas and was unfamiliar with places to ship packages, I needed to ship a box to my son to Japan for Christmas, he is in the air force. I found Lisa’s gift shop and decided to give it a try. I expressed to the gal helping me how important this was, she was the assistant to the owner. She was very rude, and was in a rush and made me feel unimportant. When the transaction was done I said where is the tracking info and what about insurance and she said it’s not available. I had trusted she knew what she was doing. When it had gotten close to Christmas and my son had not rec’d his package I went in to ask about tracking it. Same gal, rudely said you didn’t get tracking, I said I said you said it wasn’t available. She was extremely rude and frankly a bitch. My son didn’t get his package until 2 weeks after Christmas. NEVER will I go in there again!

I have shipped from Lisa’s several times without incident. Then on 11⁄3 I shipped a package to my daughter in NC. The lady waiting on me was chatting w/the other three«shoppers» in the store while waiting on me. My box was wrapped in packing paper so there was NOTHING else on the package except for my return address here in TX and the address I was shipping to in NC. NOTHINGELSE… she weighed the package and took my card to pay…30 some dollars later I was out the door. were going on three weeks and no package delivered as the NICE lady waiting on me NEVER verified the address w/me and shipped it to my daughters OLD address in Indiana. When I went into the store over a week after it shipped she said«I verified the address with you…» I explained to her no, that she did not as she was busy talking about Poo-pourri with the other customers. I told her that she needs to do a call tag and get it sent to the correct address. She kept saying she needs to get a hold of the owner as she is new and didn’t know anything about a «call tag». I told her if it is an issue to have the owner call me and she had my number. NOCALLORCONTACTATALL… I called Fed Ex today and they said it’s still sitting in Indiana as the owner has not attempted to do anything to correct this.
