Came here the first time about a month ago and had the best crumb cake donut, so I repeated the visit. This time the 2 crumb cake donuts that I got were so stale that I couldn’t eat them. My son ordered a SW breakfast taco which was so hot from the microwave that he couldn’t unwrap it for 10 minutes. The flavor was horrible. Needless to say we discarded the entire purchase. Will not go back.

This donut shop is decent. If you come early enough, like most donut shops that close before lunch, there’s a pretty good selection. The«cake» donuts are really good here. I’m only giving this place 3 stars, IMO for good reason. If you’re used to going to «Mom & Pop» doughnut shops, like I am, you’ll notice that usually once you become a well-known customer, the owners tend to throw freebies in. This is the only donut shop that I know that does not give anything free. I’m not saying just because I tip, I deserve something for free, but I feel as if it should not go unnoticed. It would be nice to at least get a thank you! But whatever, I’m sure I will still run down here from time to time whenever I’m out of cereal and oatmeal and other things for my kids. I just think it’s a shame that I never spend less than about $ 15. At most places when you spend $ 10 they throw in a bag of donut holes. ;) Their kolaches are good… a little pricy, but good.
