Rayford Nails

Mani pedi cost me $ 33 and a lot of pain.
Was cut on two fingers while they filed. My polish was messed up and when asked to fix a finger the lady just wiped polish of my hand not even acknowledging the messed up polish.
This was my 3^rd time there and every time I’ve had issues with getting cut, lazy stylist or just sloppy work. Will not go again!

My boyfriend and I were greeted by the manager as soon as we walked in. She was very sweet and polite. We were immediately seated for our pedicures. I received a decent pedi from one of the technicians, but my BF had a horrible experience. This was his first time getting a pedicure so he assumed the roughness and pain that came with his pedicure was normal. She pushed his cuticles way further than necessary, she then put some sort of oily concoction on his foot and wrapped it with Saran Wrap. Moments later he felt a burning sensation on the top of his foot (this wasn’t the wax), she finally rinsed it off once he asked her to, which stopped the burning. After everything was cleaned off he was left with a very noticeable chemical burn. I’m not sure what exactly she used, but it looked horrible. Side note: he couldn’t communicate with his technician because she needed one of the ladies to translate everything to her.

I just moved in the area and saw this place right by my house and called before I came in. I spoke with the manager, Trang, and she was so nice. She actually did my shellac manicure and did such a great job. I will be coming back every 2 weeks! Thanks so much!

I’m new to the area and I normally do not pay this much for service but honestly it was well worth it. I did the Deluxe Pedicure for $ 32 which was a normal pedi with hot wax for my feet and hot towels… Then I did a solar nail full set for $ 25 and eyebrow wax for $ 7. Tammy, my nail tech, was very nice, friendly and talkative, just like me :-) I will visit again!

They do a good job, just are understaffed.

I’ve been to a lot of nail salons and this one is unmatched in customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied. One time, there was going to be a long wait and I didn’t have the time. So, the next day they opened an hour early just for me! I love this place and am always 100% satisfied. I definitely recommend!

I am new to the area and was looking for a new salon. This one was literally 5 minutes from my house and had good reviews so I decided to check it out. I went in for a mani/​pedi. They give you a sheet that shows exactly what is included in the different options which is helpful. I decided on the basic mani/​pedi which was listed at $ 35. The pedi was fine, nothing special. The mani was not so good. She didn’t cut the cuticles instead she painted over them, she missed taking off some of the paint from my shellac and when I got home I noticed there was still paint on a couple of nails. One of the nails has bubbles on it which again I didn’t notice until I got home. She didn’t lotion or massage my hands which was always something that was done at any of my prior mani experiences. Everyone was friendly but I will probably not go back for a mani again. As of this morning — less than 24 hours later my nails have some chips. I am glad I did not opt for the shellac this time. I will probably keep trying other salons to find better quality. Side note: salon had funny smell. Not sure of it was coming from the salon or surrounding business but I did get a few a unpleasant whiffs.

LOVE this place! Staff is friendly and service is excellent! I got a classic pedicure for $ 20 and it included everything i wanted. (best price/​service for miles!!) They also have package deals. You will not be disappointed here:)

Excellent service, very friendly! They are usually able to work me in even on a Sunday (open Tue-​Sun). Twan is the owner and he is the best!
