Let’s just say I may have to stick to booking with Fetish for nails, because my service was so terrible I had to ask for a different nail tech, first for starters I sit down and nearly had the skin burn singed off because the dang water was so damn hot, and what makes it worse I had to argue with the nail tech to get my nails correct three consecutive times and there was a figured out the color that I really want it they slammed it down on the counter next to me talk about bad service. Then tried to have the same person do my eyebrows … I nearly jumped throw the roof. Guy please do stop here and go the other way … Well unless you don’t mind having skinless feet.

I was a bit frustrated on the overall service. I had a mani and pedi done. The older lady(calling her A) that did my pedi was nice but the lady(calling her C) who did my sister in law’s was a bit odd — like she was judging us and she spoke her language to communicate to the other ladies. Lady A didnt understand a thing I was saying and my nails were cut uneven. ie my big toe nails definately are not the same size. By that time, the pregnant lady that did my mani(calling her B) was a bit rude and unfriendly. At first I thought well, she’s pregnant maybe she’s just having one of those days. I know she understood English and I had told her to cut off just a little… oh boy, I dont think she liked that because she cut off way more and she was a bit angry and cut them crooked. I mean she didnt cut them straight across like other places, she cut one side of my thumb at an angle and then did the opposite angle and then in the middle but not even straight across. That’s when I should have left but thought ok she just must be really feeling pregnant. Then when the massage time came, it was like she was purposely trying to hurt me, I politely mentioned how it was a little hard and she acted like she didnt understand me and squeezed/pinched the crap between my thumb and 2nd finger. NOT going back!!!

This is definitely one of my most favorite nail salons in the area. I’ve had a few odd experiences here, but overall they have done a FANTASTIC job. One of the best things about this store is it is CLEAN as can be. They have great sanitation procedures, and you can even ask for a brand new set of tools(and take them home with you) for an extra $ 5. The salon itself is bright, clean, and airy. It makes for a very relaxing time. They are usually very quick to get someone to start working on you. Anytime I’ve had a mani and pedi, two people are working at once to be time efficient. They also have so many color options! One of the biggest selections I’ve seen for shellac too. Their prices are decent, people are kind, and they always seem to be quick while still doing a great job. They also have a punch card to get $ 5 off. I will always come back! Only downside, they don’t have the awesome massage chairs :(

My first time getting my nails done, I got it done here for prom. They greeted me and rushed to me immediately to ask what service I wanted done, quickly seated me down, and soon a nice lady came to assist me. I showed them a picture of nails that I wanted, a shellac glitter gradient, but I ended up getting just all over nail glitter shellac, which is not a big deal to me because they were still very pretty. My first impression of the place was clean, spacious, bigger and nicer than I expected. Pros: they greet and immediately attend to everyone who walks through the door(as I observed), they are pretty quick and immediate at things, staff knows what they are doing Cons: might not understand what you want, so remind/emphasize, I couldn’t understand my nail lady, but she was very nice

Extremely disappointed in my service. Went for a pre-vacation mani/pedi. I wanted a 4-color ombré shellac manicure and a pedicure with one of the colors. I was so rushed. Wasn’t really given time to pick colors. I had a picture of the manicure I wanted on my IPad, which was very similar to some in their own portfolio and Instagram. When I showed the tech the picture he looked so nervous. I asked him more than once if he was sure he could do it, if he’d ever done ombré before…“oh, yes, sure”. They turned out horrible. So bad I had him take off the ombré colors and just go with the base pink, even though my toes were now an orange I didn’t really pick. I thought, I’ll just have him accent a couple of fingers and my big toes with some flowers. Another tech came over with pictures on his phone of flower designs. I pick the one I want, a basic hibiscus. Idk what this is on my fingers, but it is not a hibiscus. I didn’t have him do my toes. Now I’m going to have to go find a salon to fix this mess, or go on vacation with these ridiculous looking nails. I will definitely not be going back and will not recommend them. I understand that not everyone is an artist but the guy should have just told me he only does basic, one color services. Even with all the mix-ups and redos I was still out in less than an hour. That is how fast they rush the service.

I’m very disappointed. I tried this place out based on a recommendation and I was left feeling rushed and unsatisfied. The deluxe pedicure left my feet hardly smooth. I think I may have to end up doing my own feet w a pumice stone just to make up for it. From someone who gets the deluxe pedicure two to three times month this definitely was not up to par for the price. Nails came out ok but there was some confusion as to what I wanted and I was offered shellac 3 times after I told them what I wanted. Too much chaos and definitely not a quiet and relaxing atmosphere

They used to be great, then they changed most of their people. I went in last week paid over $ 50 for a full set and they didn’t even last a week. Will NOT be going back.

The staff is usually pretty nice and they do awesome designs but every time you go in, it’s like they charge you more and more like you won’t notice. The deluxe pedicure was not that good for the price I paid and the lady did a horrible job on my French tip, it was crooked and I could have done better job myself. She barely did any massage too. Disappointed

They f***ed up my eyebrows. Worse eyebrow wax I’ve ever had, and it might not be fixable. One is thinner than the other and i have no arch in one now. The lady that also did our eyebrows insulted my friend because she kept insisting that she get her lip waxed saying«oh my god» and«wow you need to fix that». I am there almost every week or every other week to get my nails done, but im never going back for my eyebrows.

PLEASEBEWARE! This place is the worst place I’ve ever been to. The shape of my nails are horrible. The other girl tried to reshape but did no better job. To make matters worse they cut my skin. The girl who did my nails obviously did not know what she was doing. After the acrylic nails were put on she started to put on polish with out me even washing my hands. When I said I needed to wash she said no and the lady working next to her said yes. I asked to speak to the owner and of course they were not in. I will be filing a formal complaint with the licensing department!

The quality was there but it was a chaotic endeavor to have a pedi and then my acrylics removed. The pedi was great but then I was shuffled from person to person to have my acrylics removed. It was unorganized and I noticed that the employees kept jumping from one client to the next and not completely finishing first. One girl attempted to remove my acrylics and nearly ripped off my entire nail. She got up and left and I was there sitting alone with no communication. The gentleman came over and did a wonderful job removing them, without removing my real nails in the process. Won’t be returning.

I went to this salon for a fill a few weeks ago. While the gal was filing my nails the Dremel slipped and she cut my finger. She could tell it was bad because she panicked and put some green oils on it. I did not realize how bad the cut was because of the oils. She continued doing my nails despite it bleeding. I should have left right there and then! Within three days my finger was infected and I was given oral antibiotics. That didn’t work! I had to go back and have the wound re-scraped so it would hopefully heal properly. I had to keep it wrapped and apply topical antibiotics. My finger is still not healed and I will permanently be missing a chunk out of my finger! Please make sure you ask if the file they are using is new and pay attention to their sterilization practices! I hope this does not happen to anyone else! I will post pictures of how horrible it is.

Just got back from my first visit to DJ nail spa. This location is very large, and they were able to get me in a pedi chair right away with about a 10 minute wait before someone came to help me. They don’t have any magazines laying around(but there were 3 tvs) so if you’re like me and enjoy reading the latest gossip while getting your nails done, bring your own! Had a regular pedicure and shellac mani. Have We do your pedicure, it was great, his foot massage was to die for and he really takes his time, I was very happy with him. Next I got the shellac mani, in the end they look great. Nails were perfect length and she also took her time. Only downfall is that while working on my nails she made 4 of them bleed. She apologized and then tried to continue on working while blood was dripping down my fingers. I had to ask her not to put the acetone or oil on those nails and it wasn’t until the very end of the mani that she cleaned the blood off by wiping them very roughly with a bottle of something marked antiseptic. If it weren’t for that incident I would have given this place 5 stars. I would definitely recommend it.
