I went to get a nose piece repaired or replaced on some glasses I bought at this store. They told me it was out of warranty. I told them that’s OK I will pay for the repairs. The attendant curled up her little nose and said, «I don’t think we can fix this. You have to get new frames.» I have never been in a vision store that didn’t fix this problem easily. Vision stores usually fix this free of charge whether or not you bought them at their store. I will never go back to this store.

Nice office and friendly front office staff. Wish they would give the wifi password so that parents can keep small children entertained during exams.

The doctors are great here, the prices are a little inflated compared to other locations. But don’t bring your small child into the office. A staff member got onto my son in what I consider a harsh tone, telling him not to touch the frames. Which is fine if he was out of line. But he was standing next to me and not anywhere near the frames. I was wondering why she was starring at him with this disgusted look from the time we walked in and not acknowledging me and my questions. Not every kid that comes into an establishment will be out of control some parents like myself actually keep an eye on our children.

Just left Today’s Vision on Rayford Rd. As usual they are the bomb just love those people they are AWESOME! SUPERIOR customer service! Great job team

I went there for an eye exam and had a great experience. I said I wanted to buy my glasses someplace else but they kind of pressured me to buy them there. I chose some and paid for them, but then for reasons too lengthy to go in to here, I needed to cancel my order. About an hour later I called to cancel my glasses and they kind of gave me a hard time. They said the order was already sent out and they were working on my glasses and they didn’t know if they could cancel it. Come on. It has only been an hour! Ultimately they called me back and said they would cancel it. I give them four stars for being such good sports about it in the end. I would go back because I really did get good service, but next time I would be strenuously clear that I intend to buy my glasses someplace else.
