I can appreciate their quest for knowledge in doing hair. I have had good experiences for several years for 90% of the time. I have had a hand full of ladies that graduated and I Actually followed them into the community. Recently, Tara Phoenix did my hair and cut it.
The cut I couldn’t really appreciate it until the next day. The layers were precision! I could not be happier with it. I am sad however that this seasoned vet graduates do on as soon I got use to her. Way to go Ms. Jones and Ms. Norma.

I love there prices. I got a shampoo&conditioning, a trim, & a flat iron/​style For about $ 50 i have gotten my hair dyed here before as well. i usually let the student do what style or cut they think best within reason of my
the end I’m always satisfied. I always get good customer service & treated with respect. I always love the outcome of my hair & the girls all seem very knowledgeable. I will recommend this place.

I have used another beauty school for years. Was in the area so made the appt. Music was sooo loud was not really busy this was at 3 ish on friday. Girl who washed my hair informed me as I was at the wash bowl the water was Cold & it happens alot when they wash towels. I asked if someone would check my hair cut she said yes, She was very sweet, I am sorry she chose this school. Alot of hair on the floor, I did not see anyone sweeping. After the cut NO ONE checked her work. She walked me to the front, I was happy to get out of that very UNclassy place .
I will continue to use Aveda where they seem trained, cuts are checked & over all it is ran like a nice salon. Sorry I will spend a few dollars more for so MUCH more.

I’m sorry. The girls are very nice but they have no idea of what they’re doing. No even the basics like how to hold the scissors. I don’t think they are ready to touch a real person’s hair. Is just not fair even if it is just 9 $ the haircut. I took my kid to have a haircut and now I don’t now what to do wit the horrible haircut. I have to pay someone to fix this mess.

In the past, i dont think i would have considered getting my hair done at a Beauty School, even though I went to beauty school years ago. I do not do hair now, but when i saw Regency Beauty Institue, I thought I’d give it a shot. I have been getting my hair done, usually cut & color/​highlights, there for about 2 years now. The students are very friendly & great at what they do. The teachers will keep you laughing & everyone makes you feel so comfortable!!! I have never had the same student twice, but Aug 13^th I made a cut & color appointment. Blanca, who has been training for 6 months did my hair. I strongly suggest requesting her if you go. My hair came out just as it would have if I paid my old stylist $ 100 to do it!!! For $ 78, before tip, I got color, trim, thinning, ultra deep conditioning treatment, flatiron, & a full face of makeup!!! Had it just went with color, trim, thinning, & style it would have run me about $ 45!!! Great price for Great service. I believe there are 2 of these institutes, the one I go to is in Spring. I highly recommend getting your hair done here. Ask for Blanca, but not to worry, if she is not there at the time of your app, whomever you get will do a fantastic job!!!
