Being next to the most ghetto high school around the northside they handle the post 2 o’clock heathens nicely… a guy tried to walk in with pants sagging and the manager went smooth off on him, this is Burger King but you cant have it your way, dont no one wanna see your butt when they eat!!! this management… she sent him outside and to try again tomorrow! :D fresh buns and tasty ingredients, they dont honor most free promotions that others have, due to location to the school

Terrible service and for such a fresh look they have let the dining area fall apart. TV not working, ketchup dispenser broken, lights out and no cleaning of table space happening. I rarely go to BK and now I remember why. Hope the manager/owner looks at these and fixes some of these for his future guests.

Kids were hungry on way home to the woodlands, so we stopped in. Got nuggets and fries. The nuggets were fine, but about a quarter of the fries were burnt. The lobby was not clean and the staff was very unprofessional, even for a fast food joint. They were loudly yelling and playing with each other. At one time I heard a girl scream and say something about a rat. Even if there wasn’t a rat and they were playing, that’s not something you want a customer to hear. We will not be coming back here and don’t recommend anyone to come here either.

$ 9.40 for two Whoppers!!! Wow. This place can’t even get the order right at those prices. Asked for one sandwich with NO onions and extra tomato… And one with no tomato and no mayo. Well… There is a $.20 charge for the extra tomato(that they did not even put on the sandwich)!!! Neither sandwich was correct. Burger King pays there employees minimum wages and charges prices like that for bad food and poor service. There was a time that Burger King was the better of the fast food chains… Not anymore! I will not give them anymore of my business. Period!

I ordered four double cheeseburgers from the drive-thru and then pulled up behind one vehicle in front of me. I noticed the people in that vehicle kept passing food back through the window. I assume the BK folks messed up their order. Anyways, I got my food and went home with a bag of BK for the family. After opening the«double cheeseburgers» up, it was clear that somebody has horrible math skills. All four of the burgers had only one patty and one of them didn’t have any cheese. This location blows. Luckily, I have a frozen pizza in the freezer.

I usually do not go to Burger King. If I am going to get a fast food hamburger, my top choice will always be Whataburger. Today I had a coupon for a free frappé so I decided to go by and pick one up. I went with the caramel frappé. It was pretty good. Nice and blended, covered with whip cream and drizzled with caramel on top. I would get one of these again. This location has been totally remodeled lately and updated. It is in a lot better shape than it used to be. I may have to start visiting this location more often.
