Whataburger

Terrible customer service. Once they made me wait 30 min for some onion rings. I had already paid for it and the line was long so I couldn’t get back in to get my money back. No apology or anything. Ridiculous. Also it tasted horrible. So upset.

Favorite place after 2AM.

Awful customer service. They are very pushy on rushing you on your order and the people taking your order are always mean to a point it’s kinda offensive. Just drove through there and the woman rolled her eyes after I grabbed my meal lolol. Like why?

Slow service. No apologies for how slow they are and why they don’t move difficult customers up out of folks way. Miss the food not the wait at Waitaburger

I usually go to the location by HEB on 2920, but one time I was at Wallyworld and wanted to grab a quick bite.
Despite being in a little worse location, the inside of this store was nice and clean. The people were friendly, my order was taken quickly and the food brought out in the usual time. Same quality as other Whataburgers.

It’s a burger, it’s a good burger. And they have fries.

I have been here a handful of times and although the food is hot, well, that is all it is… hot. The only reason I don’t bump this place down to a 1 star is because of a very friendly window attendent who has made me laugh to the point of having to roll up my window.

Whole lotta hype surrounding this fast-​food chain. Not entirely sure why so many friends (and even complete strangers) recommended I try it, but heck, I was in a state where Whataburgers run rampant so why not?
Nothing special on the inside nor outside of this particular establishment. You’ve got your generic fast-​food interior in terms of tables and seating. Orange-​shirt wearing employees behind the counter. The girl that assisted seemed like she was going to be a sweetheart, but ended up being rather withdrawn. Ah well, just let me give you my order.
Thought maybe the service and food would blow my mind up like the 4^th of July, but it was all so… normal?
Ordered the #1 meal. Whataburger with fries and a small vanilla malt. Was decent! Nothing absolutely out of this world like I was expecting. Not a single angel sang when I took my first bite! Sadness! Loved the fries and spicy ketchup though! Burger was fresh and had enough flavor to set it aside from other big name fast food joints.
More of a «try it to say I tried it» experience than anything else.

Picked up dinner from here the other night because neither of us felt like cooking. If I am going to eat fast food burger, it’s going to be Whataburger. They have the best fast food burgers you can get. Their fries are not as good as McDonalds, but their ketchup is the best of any chain. I love the ketchup that Whataburger has. I had one of my favorite burgers they sell this visit. The A1 Thick and Hearty burger. This burger is delicious. 2 patties, cheese, sauteed onions and a zesty A1 sauce with it. Very good. Better than you will find at any other fast food chain restaurant. Their chicken is also very good as stated by other review. Service here is slower than most fast food joints, but that is because everything is cooked fresh and you can tell in the taste. Well worth the extra wait time.

everytime i go to Htown now, I really look forward to gettin some… chicken that is… I even dreamt of it before my trip… so this past sunday night i got my fix on… i dont know why they dont just call this WhataChicken… their chicken is the best thing on their menu… well, i havent ever tried anything else on their menu but the first time ever coming to this place, the chicken and gravy was the most talked about meal… and its true, its so freakin good!
Whats so great about their chicken you ask? Well… its deep fried chicken strips — who doesnt like deep fried anything? They give you 3 good size pieces and its nice and juicy, not dry like most fast food joints… it comes with a side of gravy… there must be crack in the gravy or something cuz its soooooooo addicting! Then of course 2 pieces of texas toast… oh god the toast, so soft, so buttery, i think they drown it in butter… its so bad for u, but oh so good… Hubby is a fan of their «fancy ketchup»…i dont see the difference but he says its the best…
Cali is missin out for not having a Whataburger here… if we can have Chick-​fil-​A, i have hope…
