Wendy’s

When you go into a chain you have specific expectations and desires. The employees rose above those expectations and delivered excellent and helpful customer service. The young lady at the register was helpful in customizing my order and made sure that I got what I wanted. The manager was visible moving the orders along, greeting customers, and ensuring prompt and precise service. My order was done before I even left the front counter. The establishment looks newly remodeled and extremely clean. While Wendy’s has made some strange changes in design or their restaurants, it is a nice touch to your every day burger chain establishment. The chili was great but did not come with the toppings as I expected. The Burger was decent. Good place to stop in for a quick bite.

You would expect to get a hot patty on a hamburger instead I got a old patty that was microwaved. The meat was tough. What happened to hot and fresh. I would not recommend this Wendy’s.

Very dirty and slow.. maybe worse Wendy’s I’ve been to. I love Wendy’s, but not this one.

I like the salads at Wendy’s. There are really good and a great option compare to other fast food choices. This location is usually pretty crowded and gets a lot of Splashtown visitors. We like to come and get the $.99 Frosty as well as a little treat.
Service is usually fast here and I have never had any problems. Parking can be a bit tough because of the extra people who try to park here and walk over to Splashtown to avoid paying for parking.
