Talk about FILTH! I worked here and it is by far the nastiest prep station and back of house ive ever seen… I cleaned WAY more than required of me and still needed more… i quit after waiting outside for 30 mins for my manager on duty, never got my last check and still have problems recieving the money i worked for… i held a position as a Foreman at a Enormous Petrol Expansion Project during the week and worked here on weekends… WAY less money but I enjoyed the environment severely unti I saw the neglect that has tainted this location… Kuykendhyl and Spring Cypress has a STELLAR Chain that is worth the drive

Honestly didn’t surprise me to see a 1 star rating at this place. Ever since this place opened up, I can say that I have NEVER had a good experience at this location.
When they first opened, they were offering free schlotzsky’s for the year to the first 50 people in line. With my luck, I happened to be #51 in line. But the manager said that they already gave away 53 tickets. And I told the manager that I was standing here as #51 so why didn’t I get my ticket? And he was like, oh I don’t know. And walked away. Seriously?
The next instance I was in the drive thru line, there were only like 2 cars in line, you could see inside the window to see the business inside. And there was almost no people in the store. So it wasn’t too busy, but why did the drive thru take almost 40 minutes? And when I received my food (finally) the girl in the drive thru didn’t even take my payment? She shut the window so fast and continued to chat with her coworkers. I had to go inside myself to pay for my food! Which defeated the whole purpose of me being in the drive thru!
And TODAY was probably the last straw. I went through the drive thru, the ONLY car there and NO people inside, and it took 30 minutes! I only ordered one sandwich!
I know what you’re thinking, «why keep going back if you keep receiving crappy service?» I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt because I really like schlotzsky’s. But I guess this one is a bust. Thank goodness chipotle and salata are next door.

Just got a pick two and I will not come here again panera pick two much better the portion sizes are small here for the same price as panera! And my chicken salad had no chicken sent it back they state each salad is pre portion out daily well don’t come here for a $ 9 salad!
