Food is pretty good. I like the pastrami on rye or I order the pizza. The veggies are fresh. The crust is light and crispy. The pastrami sandwich is always a winner. The service can be a bit slow at this location, but it isn’t too bad.

Very good service this time but I agree with previous reviews it was not good in the past. However, something was off with their signature sourdough bread… it had a hard tough crust and not the usual flavor :-(. Not sure I will go back to this location.

The building is very nice due to the fact that it’s brand new. However, the service is very unfriendly. The young lady at the register not so much as cracked a smile or even acknowledged us until my son just started giving his order. When our food was brought to our table by another woman we were given the same treatment. I smiled and said thank you, but now response. Just an awkward stare as she did an about face and walked away. Perhaps they have a no smile policy and I wasn’t aware. The food was great but I won’t be coming back ever again.

We’ve been to many schlotzskys in the area and won’t be back to this one. As we ordered for our family, the lady at the register had a hard time keeping up. We ordered 4 different items, two kids pizzas, a large sandwich, and a salad, all is which came out at 3 different times. Pizzas first, then 5 minutes later the sandwich, then 20 minutes from receipt time the salad, which should have been first, as nothing needed to be cooked! My husband went up twice asking, and both times they said it was being made. When it was finally brought to our table, we asked why it took 20 minutes, they told us the salad guy was washing dishes, that’s why he couldn’t make it right away, ummmm that’s appetizing. Building is nice, but the service on kuykendahl is much better, and we’ll continue to support them vs. This place.
