One thing is I got lost 3 times coming here my GPS told me to turn at the Chipotle, my friend got lost once her GPS took her to the same place. Please open the median so we can drive through. The lady that worked at 3:30 pm at the register today was rude another customer said the same thing, she acted like she didn’t want to help, nor did she know what she was doing. We asked her about the pick two menu all she did was mumble. Food was really yummy, the place is very small and cramped. I never have been here before and I asked for a water, no one told me there were cups in the back, nor did they tell me where the drinks were, until a male waiter gave us our food. We had to hurry and leave, it was getting hard to breath because the staff burnt a whole batch of bread and the place filled up with thick smoke and burnt bread smell. When I said omg they burnt the bread the place was filling up and the lady at the cash register looked me. We were going to stay and talk some more, but it was unbearable. Valentines sugar cookie was really yummy.

I can’t believe I’m giving a bad review for Panera but the service we had was just awful. We stood at the counter to order for quite awhile and nobody even looked at us. I’d completely understand if the restaurant was busy or if everyone else was doing something but they weren’t. Several of them were just talking. The final straw was when I saw an employee spit right next to the bread cart. We immediately left we will never be back.

Drive thru at Panera Bread! You can also order online for rapid pick up. They also have an app. I love their strawberry poppyseed & chicken salad. The salad has romaine topped with fat-free poppyseed dressing and tender chicken with a special blend of citrus and spice. Strawberries and blueberries, fresh pineapple, mandarin oranges, and a handful of crunchy pecans. I also like their asiago loaf bread thick cut so I can eat it in the morning with my coffee.

This is what a total lack of concern for our products looks like. I have been coming here for a few years. Service is lacking. I’m glad they aye opening a new store closer to me, sure won’t go out of my way to go there again.

For carrying the name«Panera Bread» I would think the bread would be good. The bread is always hard and dry. The mac n’ cheese is so bad, my high school mac n’ cheese was better. The cookies are dry and taste like they were freezer burnt. The broccoli and cheese soup taste like it was poured from a cambell’s can. I decided to try and give them a second chance once and I regretted it. The employees there care more about their next paycheck and not the customers.

Poorly made sandwich, sloppy and falling apart. Only one half of a piece of bacon on a turkey BLT.

I just went through the drive thru and paid $ 40 for food. I ordered 3 large broccoli cheese soups and 4 sides of macaroni. When I got home I had clam chowder and to make it worse my daughter found a gnat cooked in her soup. Won’t be going back.

Update: I went back after I had already gone home, but this time I went inside. The cashier that helped me was nice and took care of it. While waiting at the registers, another employee asked if I had been helped. I also told the cashier about one of my free reward pastries I ordered from the rapid pick up. She let the manager know. I asked if I needed to pay the difference between the fontina and classic grilled cheese. The manager said not to worry about it. He even gave me extra chocolate pastries! :) I will say that I looked over to where they were making sandwiches, and I felt like they all were looking at me cause someone got my sandwich order wrong. They shouldn’t do that. So you made a mistake, oh well. Just fix it. Hope no one spit in my fontina! Third time at this location. The first two experiences weren’t bad. I just went through the drive through today to order a pick two. I was craving the fontina grilled cheese, but they gave me a regular grilled cheese. Also, they didn’t ask if I wanted bread, chips, or an apple. They assumed and gave me a tiny piece of bread. Ugh. I’m already home. Now I have to go back.

Panera has always been one of my favorite«chill work» places, whether it’s to write a casual blog post or to catch up on some reading. The food is overpriced but it’s at least on the healthier end. However, this place turned out to be quite different. I don’t come to this area often but this place was packed throughout the day… on a weekday. The crowd just never died down. The worst part: THEWIFISUCKS!!! They definitely throttle their service, even beyond their«rush hours» time frame. The wifi is extremely slow and cuts off every 10 min. It was impossible to get any work done. If you’re planning to come here to work, don’t. If you’re just coming for the food, good luck finding a parking spot. PS: Panera doesn’t allow substitution of the side item with a bagel anymore =(I’ve been doing that for years and now the sandwiches seem even more overpriced.

Dark and light roast coffee was 1.5 hours old and hazelnut was empty. Person in front of me took last of the dark roast. Settled for light roast and there was no half and half in two containers. 20 minutes later no dark roast or hazelnut coffee had been made. Young lady who took our order and took our money was flippant and non-caring. No smile. Obviously didn’t want to be at work this morning. She over-toasted the croissant and it was very dark brown. She served it to me anyway. Insisted I take a Panera card even though I said I didn’t want one. This is my first visit to a Panera and I will never go back.

Great Management and staff. Very courteous and helpful. My 5 yr old accidentally dropped his cookie on the floor and Mgr took care of it with a new one.

The best macaroni & cheese that I’ve had from a restaurant. The broccoli cheese & soup with bread was also fantastic. I’m giving it 4 stars for taste & quality, but deducting one star for price. You don’t get much food for the amount that you spend.

We usually go here to use the internet and drink coffee. Sometimes We’ll go ahead and get some breakfast or lunch. They have a great selection of breakfast and bagel items. I have tried several items on the menu and can’t remember a single time that I had something that wasn’t delicious. My personal favorites are their cinnomon crunch bagels and sausage egg and cheese sandwiches. Everytime we go here, we are always greeted by the friendly employees who are ready to take our orders. Once you order, it usually only takes around 5 minutes to be ready.

I was really hungry, and this place really satisfied my hunger. What to get: «the pick 2» where u get ½ soup + ½ sandwich. You can change the type of bread if you are a bit health conscious. –I really liked the corn chowder soup and the smoked turkey breast. Soup is served with a baguette or something. Another plus: bagels and pastries. haven’t tried their bagels, but they are hard to find in houston. Bonus: free WORKING wifi!

Ya know, Panera is a little overpriced but for a sandwich/salad/bakery place it has some tasty filling options. Some are really hit or miss though. It’s not a place I’d ever chose to go, but I’m fine eating it if someone else really wants it.

I’ve always been impartial to Panera, there were always much better sandwich/soup/bagel options near them that to be honest I generally ignored their existence. But as convenience goes for them I was in the right place at the right time, so they got my business. Order: Pick two– ½ Smoked turkey breast sandwich & Garden vegetable with pesto soup for $ 6.79. Sandwich was nothing special bread, cheese, sliced smoked turkey breast, and mustard — plain and simple no wow factor. Soup, oh the soup, I started off enjoying you(was surprised by the fact you had noodles because in the description it mentions no noodles, and enjoyed the small piece of bread given on the side). But, I was even more surprised, to find a large chunk of plastic bag in my soup as well, definitely not on the description. It didn’t much bother me that it was plastic, I’m sure I could find far worse in my food, but to me that signified my soups origination may have been from a bag. Plastic surprise ended my lunch enjoyment. And I don’t see myself visiting in the near future.
