Smallest chipotle burrito I’ve ever seen! It’s mostly rice. I’m pretty sure there were only 4 pieces of chicken, 7 corn kernels, and a dab of guac. They also forgot my daughter’s chips for her kid’s meal, and the side of guac for her quesadilla. Wth chipotle?! I wasn’t even this disappointed when I got food poisoning from a chipotle!

This is the closest Chipotle location to my house. I was so happy this was opening close to my house. But boy was I wrong. I WILLMAKEANEXTRADRIVETOGOTOANOTHERONE! DONOTGOTOTHISONE!!! I have went here a several times, each time i have been here I leave unsatisfied. Their service sucks. They don’t listen to you. They are cheap about all their toppings. But I went there yesterday I got two bowls to go. I asked a several times for more toppings because they were not putting enough. I asked for more and more politely the server got mad and said they would charge me extra? That doesn’t make sense. So I just went ahead and got what she gave me. The bowl was half empty… Also, when I got home I was eating one bowl, one of my family members who was eating the other bowl, never complains about food. Threw away the bowl because it was nasty, not enough toppings and half empty. WILLNOTGOBACKHERE. I would tell everyone I know not to go here as well.

So I was very skeptical in coming to this location after all the bad reviews… I have to say not only did I receive great customer service(all the staff was smiling) and I didn’t have to repeat myself when I asked what toppings I wanted and my portion toppings were just right and plentiful! The establishment was very clean and I am very happy to have been able to give this location a 5 star rating. I will definately come back when I am in town.

Food is pretty consistent with other chipotle’s but the service here sucks, seems like no one cares, not even the manager. They are rude and you have to keep repeating your order because they so busy joking amongst themselves…

Love this Chipotle I come just about every week/other week and it always has a cool vibe inside, blasting upbeat music and every one behind the counter having a good time. More importantly than the music though is the food. The burritos, chips & salsa are all what you expect to receive from a quality Chipotle, and when you have that craving, it’s nice to have a place with such a consistent and recognizable taste. This one has definitely has it

Why I stopped eating Chipotle. I used to love Chipotle; I would eat there about 3 times a week. Until… Well the first scare was the food poisoning scare that limited certain foods to be served. And then one day after work I ran in to grab a burrito bowl to go, my usual. I went through the line and got to the register. I waited a few seconds and a guy making guacamole walked up with the bowl and the Manager ran to register to help me. While he was ringing things up, I noticed guacamole guy stick his finger in his nose. I looked away, handed the Manager my card, he swiped it and handed me my reciept. Guacamole guy still had his finger in his nose. The manager bagged my items which included a side of guacamole. I frowned and looked up at guacamole guy, who was still massaging his brain and I got the Managers attention. The manager shouted Hey, go wash your hands! Guacamole guy wiped his hands on his pants and replied, I already did; And walked away mixing the large bowl of guacamole. I looked at my bag with disgust and reluctantly grabbed it and walked away. I said a quick prayer along the line of «please no boogers in my food» and sadly ate my last burrito bowl from Chipotle. I do miss that fresh bowl of Awesomeness, but I just can’t shake the booger action that I was allowed to witness. And that is why I stopped eating Chipotle.

For me, almost no place is better for fresh, good tasting(semi-healthy) food than Chipotle. Bullritos is good, and so is Freebird’s, but I think i prefer Chipotle out of convenience, since they have more stores.

I can’t understand why you don’t offer black pepper as a condiment! This store used to offer it to diners, which i thought was standard in most restaurants. Just plain weird to me. They sure as hell had salt shakers available. Yep, not going back just bc they don’t offer it. Black pepper is my salt!

Very small portion sizes on everything, even the rice. If you want any meat you have to order a double portion since they don’t even fill the spoon when serving the meat. Don’t waste your time at this location and just go to one of the fast food places next door.

The only reason we continue to go to this chipotle is because it’s the only one near our home. We can’t wait for the new one to open up by Riley Fuzzell to avoid this one. Have never been impressed with the service and the portions are meager. I understand they can’t just give heaps of food to each customer, but all of the other chipotles are far more generous. I’d eventually give this place better reviews if they became more efficient, more friendly, and better about portions. Until then we’ll likely be visiting Salata, panera, and Vertskebap.

Very unprofessional staff, very inconsistent portions. I went there with my girlfriend we ordered a couple bowls, the lady barely served any rice so my gf had to ask for more so she served her an additional 1⁄5 of spoon what a joke, she acted like the rice was coming out of her paycheck. What got me though is meat portion servings 6 tiny small pieces over rice and beans. If you want extra small portions served by rude high school kids that don’t have a clue about restaurant food this is your place then. Tables are always dirty too. I wouldn’t trust the no hormone BSONOURMEATS.

I was trying to make a flight and wanted chipotle before getting to the airport. I was standing outside at 11am on the dot and the manager inside refused to open the doors for another 7 mins. Making me stand outside in 100 degree Houston heat. I am pissed. I eat at chipotle 5 – 7 times a week. I ended up leaving and not going inside at all. This paticular chipotle will not be getting my business again. Obviously, they don’t need my business.

I love chipotle, but this is the single worst one I’ve ever been too. I have been 3 times with my wife and kids, and all three times the trash is overflowing, no forks, tables need busing, trash all over the floor, the kitchen is FILTHY, And all the employees are moving as slow as molasses. With the exception of one young man, that was working his butt off. Today was our third and final try and there is a sign on the drink station that says,“Sorry, we’re out of ice“with a frowney face. Last time I said something about the poor service to the one I thought was manager, and was immediately mocked because we were close enough for her«friends» employees to hear. Today there was no clear manager. Sorry to say I will find another chipotle.

This is an update. I went in two nights ago and they told me they didn’t have any chips. They were not closing for another hour and didn’t bother to make any fresh ones. Slow service… inconsistencies galore!

I love Chipotle and have been a long time customer(8+ years). I’ve visited Chipotle restaurants all across the country. I’m a huge fan of their food and the«food with integrity» business model. Unfortunately, this particular location has some opportunities for improvement. Wait times are consistently long even if there aren’t many customers in line. Not sure why. There is usually a back log of orders on the line and my food sits there and becomes cold. I feel like there is no sense of urgency as compared to the other locations I’ve visited. Staff is friendly, though. UPDATE– went to this location again tonight(Sunday) at about 9:45 p.m. Same thing happened again… my order was started and then it sat on the line. Everything came to a stop for 5 – 10 minutes so that an online/take-out order could be assembled. When it came time to finish my order, my food was cold. I asked for it to be re-made. I’m not sue why this location doesn’t have a designated online take-out order fulfillment person(or area) like I’ve seen at other locations. Not too efficient. I left feeling very frustrated again.

I enjoy chipotle. I genuinely do. It’s one of those saving graces if uou are in a strange city and you want an inauthentic taste of home without having to jump through hoops to find a legitimate taco joint. I really dislike this location though. One of the main reasons chain restaurants survive is because of consistency. This location lacks that. Learn to roll a burrito. Please dont smear sour cream all over the place. Yes I have OCD and watching you destroy my tacos gave me anxiety. Just please train your new hires appropriately before letting them on the assembly line. We would all appreciate it.

I went around noon on a weekday and they were packed and the line moved super fast. All of the staff were friendly with smiles on their face even though it was pretty hectic. I LOVE that they have the tofu option at this location– I’ve been trying to cut animal byproducts out of my diet and having a delicious vegetarian option definitely helps.

This location is located right on 45 and Louetta at the left side facing north of the freeway on the corner. I got here around 40 minutes before closing. This was my first time at this location. I really love this design. It’s so modern and nice. Luckily, I miss the long line according to the staff. When I entered it was quiet with only two groups of people eating. Whenever I walked up I was the only person that originally entered. And during that time, I saw no movement to approach the food until I walked all the way up to the counter and then finally somebody decided to move to put gloves on to help me. At least look like you want to pretend to help me. I know you’re ready to go home but damn. The people that serve me were very friendly and nice however the other employees seem to be kind of lazy towards the end of the night it didn’t help with the line that started to get it behind me. The young man and woman that did help me were very nice. They are part of the reason I’m giving it 3 stars. The place wasn’t filthy however I’m not giving it a two stars due to the employees that were slacking and they could’ve cleaned the messes that were left before clothes. Those things make a difference. I’m going to come back again simply because is not too far from where I am located.
