Food is good. Not the best wings but far from the worst. Love the fries. My 10 year old just «liked» the kids strips. The bathroom, unfortunately is AWEFUL. There must be a sewage issue.

I’ve never heard of Zaxby’s before because I’ve never really been in the Spring area. Raising Cane’s dominates where I live, so obviously, I needed to order the chicken fingers and fries to compare what I had or had not been missing out on. Honestlyyyy, Raising Cane’s wins this battle, but then again chicken fingers is all they offer, so they better be the best at it, am I right?
Their fries have a cajun seasoning, and their bread was crisp and toasted just right. The deal breaker for me is that their chicken fingers were a smaller and although crunchier, wasn’t as juicy as Cane’s. They also had their own sauce but it wasn’t very memorable.
The service was prompt and friendly. I want to come back to try other items on the menu as well as their milkshake!

It’s okay I like Cane’s better. I got the wings and things basket and no problem with the food itself just not something I could die for! Lol however the birthday cake milkshake was very good!

I’ve been coming to Zaxbys ever since I lived in the carolinas and I love this place I’ll choose Zaxbys over Cfa and canes any day. The wings tenders and salads are great! Can’t wait until they build more in Houston

Stopped in for lunch and got the boneless wings and things combo. The prices are high and the food is not good. Even the Texas toast was only mediocre. Raising Canes is so much better.

Everytime I walk into the restaurant, the employees and the food give me a warm welcoming. I remember that I walked into the building while they were closing and they still took my order, made me fresh food, and allowed me to remain inside to finish eating. The employees always make fresh food and they always check up on me to see how I’m doing and if everything is okay. I love it and I love Zaxby’s.

First time going, ordered the chicken finger plate. The cashier lady was very nice and answered our questions about the menu (since the item names don’t really give details on what all is included).
By the time we got our drinks our food was ready!
On the plus side, it was all very hot. The chicken was very moist and tender. I like the large crinkle cut fries!
The downside is they drown the chicken and fries in seasoning that is very salty…
Overall it was *okay*… I can say I tried it now, probably won’t bother going back unless someone else really has a craving for it or I’m in a small town and that’s all they got.

Come here once a month because I prefer to eat chicken over beef. But they take way too long to get food. It’s a fast food but be prepared to wait if your eating inside.

First time ever stopping in. I ordered the «Wings & Things». Sweet & spicy flavor on the wings. Chicken strips. Fries & celery. Everything was pretty good. Very reminiscent of Cane’s though. But here you have more options, which is cool. I would definitely eat here again.

Okay so I have been here three times and each time I have left the restaurant full and very satisfied. Service has been great all three times, employees are extremely friendly and actually pretty funny, you’d think they were getting paid to make you laugh! The restaurant is always clean.
My experience has been great and I have nothing to complain about!

I got the Asian salad, it was very good came with the salad grilled chicken and a small egg roll. Hubby got the chicken basket and brother got the basket with wings. I think it’s actually better than rasing cains.

Raising Cane’s is definitely better. Got the Chicken Snack and the fries were not done, kinda slightly raw or not cooked through and the Chicken was definitely a snack.
I mean it was plenty of food, but for the price my strips were very thin.
Maybe it was just a thin batch.
My problem was mostly with the server here at the Spring location. She was awful.
And when I asked for Honey Mustard also, even though I wanted to try the Zaxby’s dip too, I was told it would be .25 extra and she was going to get back in my food box and remove my dip and change it out. I told her no and took my food before she could put her non-​gloved hand back in. gross.
and I’m sure the honey mustard would have been better as the Zaxby’s sauce was meh.
Go to Raising Cane’s.
Fries remind me of Wing Stop, slightly sweet. Too bad mine were undercooked, could have been awesome.

When I came here, I tried the chicken finger plate. Raising Cane’s is definitely better when it comes to these plates (not sure if I should be rating in the same category). I mean, this place isn’t bad, but I’ve experienced way better. Not sure how all the other locations are, but the food at this place was really salty when I came the past two times… well for me at least. I probably won’t be back at this location unless I’m like super duper hungry and craving chicken.

Waited 30 minutes for our food. Yes at a fast food restaurant. Ice maker didn’t work. Place was filthy. Hope it was a one time thing. I have liked it at other locations.

The chicken here is just average. Raising Cane’s offers the same menu but is much better than this place. The food here doesn’t meet the quality that you get at Raising Cane’s, especially the toast. It felt like a budget version of Cane’s. I’m not sure which which restaurant came first between the two, but this one isn’t as good.

Like many people I gave up chick fli a due to personal reasons. So I was stoked when I heard this place was similar. I ordered the wings and things. It came with a verity of choices, chicken was very crispy and seasoned well. Sauces were tasty, fries were also crispy and seasoned well. Staff was friendly, however my only complaint is our food took 15 mins (long for fast food I thought) there was only 2 customers inside and no line at the drive thru. Despite that I would still come back!

Zakbys is what you get when chick-​fli-​a and Frenchy’s chicken get together and have a Kid… And it’s all good! everything is well seasoned & the hand cut potato chip are ok. All in All yet another chain food establishment clawing and fighting for you almighty Yen… Oh I mean Dollar!!!
