I’ve never had a bad sandwich here and the staff is always friendly. The original is always a hit. However today I tried the Fiesta Chicken. It comes on jalapeño bread and with the spicy chicken it was so yummy. Never disappointed. Another satisfied customer.

Wow! This place is amazing. This is not the same Schlotsky’s that I went to in the 80’s. Their menu has a lot of exciting and current cuisine that is updated periodically to change with the palate of America. Exciting new sandwiches and soups, gourmet pizzas and updated deli favorites. This is not your run-​of-​the mill sandwich place that you find everywhere. I come here frequently just to try something different from their wonderful menu.

What I would give for a drive through at this location. Oh well. It’s what you would expect from a sandwhich shop. I love the bread… it’s like no other. I go there for that.

Conroe, TX
Ordered Angus roast beef and provolone cheese with no onions. Blue chesse dresing. Chili. And got roast beef with leattuce tomato pickles. Not mushrooms. No dressing. Was told the didny carry any blue cheese and that they didnt swerve chili either. Someone needs to read there own menu! Not to mention wifes and granddaughters order was completely wrong also.

Pretty good sandwich place, I enjoy big hearty and hot sandwiches and they deliver on that!
The large is amusingly big, but I just can’t help ordering those: D
In future I may ask to have them put the sandwich on a bed of napkins or something, the underside of bread gets soggy somehow :(
Their house chips in a bag are pretty tasty too!
Also, I got the standard deluxe or something like that (the extra meat one) and that was surprisingly a bad idea! I ended up pulling meat off of the sandwich so I could taste the yummy bread!
Will be back!

This is a top-​notch Schlotzsky’s location, always turning out fresh, hot sandwiches any time of the day. It’s incredibly crowded at lunch, but the staff here gets it done.
Schlotzsky’s is definitely one of my top lunch places. The bread is unique, and I think it’s a real star. The sandwiches run from standard and safe (smoked turkey breast) to over-​the-​top (chipotle honey brisket and bacon), with something to satisfy any taste.
There are several sandwiches that are suitable for dieters (helpfully marked on the menu), and there are also a few good salads available.

The Woodlands, TX
When I was in college in Austin at UT (back when God was just a boy) Schlotzsky’s made a daring move and opened its second location on the edge of the UT campus… right outside my dorm room window across the street. I quickly acquainted myself with what is now their basic sandwich and can testify to the fact that they really do start baking their bunz off before you put your pants on on the morning.
When I graduated and moved to Houston to work in the «real» world, all I found were a lot of bad Schlotzsky imitations. Now when I chomp into that great sourdough bun I smile and hear Norman Greenbaum singing «Spirit in the Sky».
I have their number in my cell phone (for 4 locations!). Calling in an order for take-​out works really well for me. Suggest you try the Albuquerque Turkey if you haven’t already. Yum!!!

Bay Point, CA
As sandwich shops go, Schlotzsky’s is the best, IMHO… Living in California, I really miss the amazing tastes to be had at Schlotzsky’s. This location is no exception. I found the food to be fantastic, and the staff to be very friendly.
Now, all I have to do is figure out how to get one built here in the San Francisco Bay area!!!

Grabed a quick sandwich to go after a workout today. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Got a special order med ham and cheese on wheat. It was excellent and seemed like it has lots of extra meat and cheese on it. Nothing too special here just a good quick meal and much more healthy than most fast food places. Service was OK, nothing special. I will be back.
