They are fast the food is good and service is excellent. It costs a little more than subways but it is worth the money.

We ordered the night before to be delivered the following day. They took the money out of the account but said they never got the order. We were left hanging for lunch and as a teacher we only have about 20 minutes for lunch. It’s really unfortunate they couldn’t make it right and comp our order.

Every time I have to order from there it is an ordeal. Counter help is rude — called in a large order for work and when I got there I was told they didn’t have an order for me — That I probably called the wrong location. Had our receptionist call Research location — no order — then she called the Sawdust location and YEP! My order was ready. When I went back they acted like it was MY fault. I only go back because our CFO loves the Ham Club! BUT… EVERY TIME there is an issue. I really don’t see how they stay in business. Like the research location reviews — a bunch of kids that don’t care. The order is incorrect every time — INSANE

Not impressed. The bread was bland, the portions small. Even with double meat, I’m still hungry. I recommend going to Firehouse or Jersey Mikes for more food at a similar price.

It’s a sandwich shop with cold sandwiches only. Super fast inside the store and for delivery. My order has been correct every time with the exception that sometimes they forget to cut it in half. But I’m not going to dock them any points based on that. I have tried the pork sandwich, the Italian night club and the tuna. I’ve enjoyed each one and will continue ordering from them. The pickles and chips are awesome too. Pickles are huge and the chips are kettle cooked with a good amount of seasoning on them. Oh I also like to add the peppers to my sandwiches. Very flavorful and not overly spicy. I would recommend the white bread over wheat. The last time I got the wheat it completely fell apart on me. The bread is fresh and yummy for both styles. They also offer your sandwich in just lettuce if that’s your style. So if your in the mood for a good cold sandwich give then a try. At least they will only waste a short amount of your time cause they are «so freakin fast»
I docked them a point because sometimes I do wish they served hot sandwiches too.

Ate Sunday lunch here with my wife. It was my 1^st visit, based on my wife’s recommendation. NOT disappointed! Got the large Italian sandwich (#9), no changes. It was GOOD! I love the bread! It’s flavorful and has wonderful texture – soft and fresh inside while the crust is perfectly chewy. Good to the last bite! I ate all of mine but she took half of her «Pepe» home. Later, she gave me half of her half for an evening snack. It was still delicious! We’ll be back!!!

Be careful: if you live 1.3 miles away like I do, a 4 minute drive according to GPS, you are probably outside of their delivery zone. That must be the answer as to why their delivery is considered «freaky fast»…they only deliver in a radius of 10 feet outside the store. Super useful.

The sandwich was about average, no better. Price is a little higher than most. Service was ok for a carryout order. Was hoping for something better.
