Spring Market Dental Group and Orthodontics

PRIOR to my visit I MADE sure I let the receptionist know that I was pregnant and will be coming in for a cleaning to ensure everything was in line so I wouldn’t leave the dental office uncleaned. They reassured me that I would be fine. I show up 30 minutes early hoping to be seen, I wasn’t, but that’s what appointments are for so I am not upset about that.
What really angers me is that, the staff should be TRAINED and EDUCATED to know the ins and outs of what the rules are to avoid issues like this. This can’t be their FIRST pregnant patient WHY WOULDN’T THE STAFF KNOW YOU NEED A MEDICAL RELEASE/​CLEARANCE? WHICH, I HAVE DONE MY RESEARCH, THAT FOR THE 2ND TRIMESTER YOU DO NOT NEED ONE AND THAT IS THE ONLY TIME YOU CAN GET CLEANED not the 1^st or the 3^rd AND was also just advised by my OBGYN that I DO NOT NEED ONE for just a cleaning.
The entire staff must be a really incompetent group including the dentist because it seems to me no one knows what the kool-​aid is going on, needless to say — no matter how much research you do and no matter how much reassurance you try to get prior to your visit — my advice is to MAKE SURE YOU call the office and speak to one of the high level experience dentist — no matter how much you try to cover your tracks– there’s always some incompetent fool out there who won’t make it easy for you.

I was referred to this dental practice when my dentist office canceled my wisdom teeth extraction less than 12 hours before.
Spring market group jumped to the rescue. They accepted me at the last minute, and gave me such great service. Ellen was SO KIND and understanding over the phone as she quickly planned my visit for the following day. Paige was sweet and funny as she was overwhelmed by the power flickering while signing my paperwork. The reception staff was incredibly cool with any pressure.
My dental assistant Evette (I believe that’s her name, I went under soon after asking) was sweet and pleasant with all she needed from me. She helped me feel comfortable by treating me like a human being-​patient, unlike how I’ve been treated at other practices.
Dr. Johnson was funny and honest, which I appreciated. I felt comfortable even though I was getting a needle into my arm!
Though my surgery is still painful, I’m so grateful I got it done at this practice. I’m already healing one day in. I high recommend :)

Went into this office to get the $ 59 cleaning and exam. I was in the office for almost two hours before they even started my cleaning. They use there special to get you in, only to try and sell you treatments you don’t need. I was told that I have periodontal disease and would need a treatment that would cost $ 800. I get regular check ups and cleanings, so this was a shock to me. Plus my last dentist never mentioned anything about gum disease 6 months prior. So I went on to get a second opinion, and was told that I have perfectly healthy gums and teeth. Do not go to this place! They are scamming people, and I cant believe that business get away with this sort of stuff. Also when they finally got to my cleaning, they only spent about 10 minutes on it. I guess they were in a hurry to get me out, since I didn’t want to go ahead with there recommended treatment.
