We’ve used Supercuts many times but never this location. When we went in we were told the wait was just a few minutes, after 45 minutes, we finally got called back. Apparently one of the barbers or hair cutters was new so she kept interrupting the person cutting my sons hair. He stopped 5 separate times to ring someone out, help her check someone out, and then even stopped to assist someone who just walked in to only buy shampoo. He actually left my son sitting in the chair to walk over and sell shampoo. I’m not sure if they are short staffed or what, but we won’t come here again. We will go somewhere that when we sit down to get our hair cut, we are getting undivided attention, as we are paying for service and aren’t getting it at all. He’s now stopped for the 6th time to check who’s checked in online. If my sons hair wasn’t ½ cut, we’d leave. Make that now he’s stopped for the 8th time to show this other haircutter where the hot towels are. This is absolutely ridiculous after waiting 45 mins for our turn. The reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because when the guy was cutting my sons hair, he did talk to him and asked him questions about school and stuff. The haircut itself looks awful, but in the stylists defense, he did ask my son if he liked it. My son said it was fine but told me on the drive home that he hated it but just wanted to leave. We are now headed to a barbershop to get it fixed. Hopefully we will have a much better experience there.

I went in on a Tuesday around 2 pm and waited for about 10 mins. I usually only go to people who are recommended by friends or family to cut my hair but my girl is getting married, so i decided to try here since the location is so convenient. Tatyana trimmed my hair and I liked it. I am very picky about my hair and I felt very confident after I left. Also, store was very clean and welcoming. Will definitely return for future trims :)) thanks Tatyana!

Won’t do that again. … I asked for a simple men’s haircut. And the female hair cutter decided she was going to cut it the way she wanted, not what the customer had asked for. She kept telling me I cant do this, I cant do that. Good Greif! I guess she was just inexperienced. Well back to trying to find that golden barber.
