Absolutely useless people here. I’ve been with Verizon for over 15 years and in the past 2 years I’ve had nothing but problems and no one at this location cares to be helpful in any way. Pretty sure I’ll be leaving Verizon all together because of the lack of service I have received every single time from the people at this location. When I’ve asked to see the manager in the past they refused to come out of the back room!!! Whoever it is apparently just hides out. No wonder they have police security there at all times! Every single time I leave this location my day is ruined.

Awesome!!! While so many of their stores lack in customer service, this particular store is simply outstanding. We have been going mainly to this one for the past several years as their customer service is so great. Ask for Lou for Maxine and they will take fantastic care of you! If you have any questions about your phone, your service, or the different applications on a new phone, they are the place to go. They helped me select the last few phones I have had and I have been extremely pleased with their patience and their knowledge.
