Vogue Cleaners

I haven’t been here in over a year because we moved and have been using another cleaner. But, I was in the area and dropped off 4 dress shirts for wash and press. They were very nice and on time with my order and the total cost was $ 8.50. That is a good price from what I have seen at other places I went to. I will continue to use this place because so far it has been easy and price seems right.

The dry cleaning here does not justify how high their prices are. Only reason to come here is for the convenience if you live in the area.
The dry cleaning always has some minor spot, crease or something or another. Not quite as good as you hope for the money. Dry cleaning pants is $ 5, which to me is absurd and honestly should be $ 3 max, but a off-​site facility does all their dry cleaning.
Service is great, but that’s shadowed by the fact my bill is $ 30 for 6 items… the whole foods of dry cleaning.
Also they charge a 5% environmental fee? I’ve never seen a dry cleaner package and waste so much paper and plastic when giving their dry cleaning to customers… I don’t see anything «environmental» about this.
Already high prices + a 13.25% tax… highway robbery, yet their convenience forces me to use them at times.
this place needs to seriously reduce it’s prices and step up the quality and consistency

They are horrible.
1^st time I tried them a couple of shirts were missing. Picked them up a few days after and they couldn’t explain why.
2^nd time they forget to wash the shirts… But they were nicely ironed…
3^rd — and absolutely last time — they ruined a very expensive blouse. The blouse were full of small holes everywhere. And again everything wasn’t ready on time.
Definitely not using them anymore.

Never again. First visit was fine. Second visit they only had half of my laundry at the woodlands location. The half that was ready had a very expensive button down, three buttons crushed and destroyed. They offered to replace the buttons, (Which would have been satisfactory). When i get the shirt back it has BLUE buttons on a lavender shirt. Three blue buttons in the middle of the lavender ones… thread used was not lavender, it was black. it looked like i pulled it out of a dumpster. I refuse the shirt and request them to fix it properly. a couple days later i get a call from Val. (The owner) he tells me to track some buttons down and bring them to him in order to fix it. I have NEVER seen such flagrant disregard for customers as this man has. You will lose all my business, and i will tell every person i meet how horrendous you are. Good Day.

Horrible service and sky high prices. This place is absolutely terrible. EX/​Charging $ 5 to wash (not dry clean) a pair of pants is insane!

Poor customer service. Should it really take a week to clean bed sheets and table linens? Their favorite word is «no».

Horrible customer service. The first time we took our clothes there, the ticket was charged double what it was supposed to cost. After my husband tried to question it to the employee, she argued (a little rudely) at my husband to tell him that was what he had to pay. When after a few minutes of that, she realized there was in fact a mistake, she gave my husband the actual price (the one we knew it was supposed to be) with no apology.
The second time we went there, we found out that we hadn’t read our coupon properly when it says to present the coupon when clothes are being dropped off instead of picked up. We find this out until we were picking up our clothes (our fault) but they tried to tell us that they will honor the coupon, but had there been a line in the store they would not have. When my husband asked why, she replied that it takes to long to add the coupon in the system. She then proceeded to spend less than ten seconds ringing up the coupon (now that wasn’t so long, was it.) Good customer service would be to honor the coupon without telling the customer that you don’t have ten extra seconds to devote to them if there are other customers.

This place has completely taken advantage of the fact that they are thy only dry cleaners in The Woodlands. There prices are ridiculous. I came from a big city so I am used to high quality dry cleaning at a reasonable price. At my old place I could get 10 pieces cleaned for about 30 – 35 dollars. At Vogue, I brought 3 shirt and 4 bottoms to be dry cleaned along with a 20% off coupon and my total was 45 dollars! They did an average job, but nothing worth 45 dollars! Without that coupon I would have paid 56 dollars! Prices aren’t clearly visible anywhere in the store so really your final ticket is kind of a surprise. If you are in a pinch and need something dry cleaned this place is fine, but if you don’t want to overpay maybe look in the Spring area for a more reasonably priced dry cleaners.

I’ve used this dry cleaner for the last 2 years out of habit, and the overall quality of standard cleaning (work shirts, pants, etc.) has been good enough.
I’d give Vogue more than 2 stars had I not experienced THE WORST SERVICE when it came to cleaning/​heirlooming my wedding dress.
DO NOT use this establishment for wedding dress heirlooming. It took several phone calls to get my dress back, and when I received it, the quality of her work was horrible at best. I think a 3^rd grader with average attention to detail could do a better job folding a dress nicely in a box. The dress was not pressed, the veil was squished in to a ball (with a tag on it that said «press only»), one of the breast pads was at the bottom of the dress and not in the breast location, and the tissue paper looked like it went through a hurricane. If I would have inspected the results sooner, I would have asked for my money back.
I’m sorry to link the heirloomer lady in to the rest of the services, but she ruined my image of Vogue.

Friendly, Clean, nice staff. No complaints, I will definetly go back to Vogue if I’m out in the Woodlands again.
