Love this place! Had my lasik surgery done at this location. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and kind. Dr. Melton, Dr. Charrier, Mandy, and the receptionist (forgot her name :/)They all genuinely care about you and your well being. Dr Melton sang while doing my surgery and it was very calming, she has a beautiful voice:). My eyes still may need to be done again as they are still ever so slightly off, but we will see. I can see without glasses or contacts and that is a miracle in itself for me. I referred my mom to get cataract surgery by Dr. Melton which went great as well! She even gives you a personal number to be able to contact her, at any time, in case of emergency or if you have a question. Would highly recommend to anyone! Thanks for a great experience!

I had lasik done and I am so happy with my new eyes. I would definitely do it again. It was so worth it. The staff is friendly and professional and they made me very comfortable. The procedure was over before I knew it and I had immediate results. I would recommend them to anyone who is tired of glasses. They are the best in their field.

My lasik surgery didn’t go as well as expected. I read and understood the risks ahead of time but I also believed the staff and written statements from Mann indicating they would correct any mistakes for no charge. At each follow up visit they tried to minimize the blurriness in my left eye and kept putting off any suggestion of correcting the eye. They seem deceptive to me and I would not recommend having lasik done here

The location is in market street above Michael Kors but you enter in the centre of market street behind the tapas bar. I just had an eye exam and the appointment was 8am and they saw me at 8am no wait and the techs were great and explained what they were going to do. Dr Charrier was very nice and explained everything very clearly. I also asked about contacts and they give me a set to try and I come back for a follow up again I got the same great service. The only downside is they have no frames on site so you will need to go to a sister store or take your prescription to another store. There was no issue with them giving you the prescription I have had issues with other opticians not wanting to give you the prescription.

I visited this location three times and waited an average of 45 minutes before seeing anyone, even though the office never appeared busy. My second visit was to have a skin tag removed from my eyelid and, even though that was the explicit purpose for the visit, I was told they wouldn’t be able to perform the procedure that day because they didn’t have the necessary tools. When I did have the procedure done on my third visit, it was performed in a tiny alcove rather than an actual room and some random individual watched. Their work may be satisfactory but they display a lack of regard for their patients that will prevent me from ever returning.

The folks over at Mann Eye The Woodlands are doing it right. It’s been just under a month and I am thoroughly please with my surgery. The experience I had was first class all the way. They made me feel like I was more than just another subject getting his eyes fixed. Justin made sure I understood every aspect of the surgery and process. Dr. Charrier was very knowledgeable and spoke to me as an equal, further adding to my comfort level. Victoria is amazing and always made sure I knew of upcoming appointments. And last but not least, my emotional rock, Maya was fantastic. She figuratively held my hand through the whole process and talked me through questions I had. You really get your monies worth here. I would recommend them to anyone interested in LASIK. It has been a tremendous change in my life and I couldn’t be more thankful to such a great staff.
