The customer service is pretty bad. Specially the guy with the heavy accent over the phone. He sounds like he would rather kill himself then take your order. The frys and ranch make Wingstop what it is to me except this location waters down their ranch.

I really like that you can order from Wingstop online and pick up food. It’s so convenient when you don’t feel like eating out but still want take out. Food is worth the modest price and place is clean. What else do you need?

Placed my order over an hour in advance, and I showed up exactly when I said I would arrive. However, my food not only wasn’t ready, they didn’t even start making it until I told them I was there to pick it up. What’s the point of even ordering it ahead of time? I will not be returning.

Miserable experience. Called, put on hold for 9 minutes, then hung up on. Been ordering here since they opened but it has really gone downhill the last couple of years. Didn’t put me on hold but laid the phone on the counter where I listened to a bunch of goofing off in the background.

Kevin should be moved to the fry station instead of cashier. This employee has zero people skills and cant even smile or say thank you(to other guests as well)…and why is it normal to expect to wait 18 – 20 minutes for food. No restaurant in the area has a ticket time that long. Wings are easy to find nowadays. Go somewhere where your business is appreciated.

Trust the reviews. Wings are good. Service is probably as bad as it gets. Called in order for pickup, stopped at supermarket before to buy beer(to pair wings), walked around supermarket for a good 20 minutes, got to Wing stop, empty restaurant, and my order was still on the line. That hadn’t even started on it after a good 25 min since I called. Employees have absolutely zero interpersonal skills or regard for customers. ///personal advice; head over to wings and things over in 1960. The people are super nice, and the wings are just as good.

Wing Stop has the last word this time… Doing my prior visits, customer service was not up to standard. I know we all have bad days. I was craving wings and did not want to drive far so I decided to try this place again. When I placed my order at the counter, the employee was extremely friendly. He took down my customize order and the staff made it perfectly. for this go-round the food was fresh and hot. The wings were seasoned perfectly and the fries were prepared the way I like them. I realize your mileage may vary depending on the day, but my experience this time did not warrant the lower rating. Hopefully this level of attentiveness and fresh food is the new norm…

Update. … Wing Stop just changed their menu. PREVIOUSLY17 wings, fries and 2 drinks were 17.95. Now 12 wings and fries… 16.95(no drinks). SHAMEONYOUGREEDYBASTICHES! Look… it isn’t the 5 star restaurant. … so what. At least the wings taste good. Sitting situation isn’t what I would like… but I place high value on good tasting wings. Try the Louisiana rub…

This is a review from a visit in November 2014. It was a cold evening, and we came into an empty Wingstop, where every table was littered with trash. It was cold inside, which prompted a hurry up and eat feel. The staff does not seem to have the training that most businesses give, and didn’t seem to represent this restaurant very well. Lets just say they were a little care free and must’ve had something important to tend to on their smartphone while we browsed the menu board. Even minutes after we placed our order the tables remain littered. See pictures… I will say, this Wingstop is capable of making good wings. Our hot, and BBQ wings were good. I think we would have been better off taking this dinner to go and eat at home where its warm, and cozy, and clean. In conclusion, good product, overall customer service needs improvement and focus more on customer service. This Wingstop location obviously appears like a rookie franchise owner runs this place. My latest visit in January 2015: –Takeout order –Dining area empty, tables were not littered this time –Staff was not helpful, still seems like a rookie franchise owner runs the place. –Wings were good, they were hot even when we arrived home. Good Wings! Conclusion: Maybe its better if you take it to go.

Ordered online and recieved an email confirmation that order will be ready in about 20 min. When I got there, they told me that the store does not accept online orders. WTF?! I told the employee, What do you mean you dont accept online orders?, I made my order online! They guy seemed confused and didn’t know what to tell me. I was furious and just turned around and walked out. I went to Buffalo Wild Wings instead. Later that night I went to and tried to leave a comment on their«contact us» page, and was unable to because the website doesnt let you submit the comment, all it does is refresh the page with a red * symbols saying that the cty(spring) I was putting was incorrect, which is not. Spring location is the one I went to. I’m never going here again, and its a shame, becuase my wife used to really like the wings from here. But looks like it’s went down the drain.

Like other Unilocalers said, this place has absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered my wings over the phone a guy I talked to was very rude and short, like he was really busy and I was an inconvenience. When I arrived they were completely empty and the three guys working were all sitting in the kitchen talking. When I told them my order name the ticket was still on the line, hadn’t even started making it yet! No apologies, no sense of urgency, and no clue!

The wings used to be great here. Apparently the owner doesn’t care about their restaurant because they’ve allowed some truly idiotic people to work here. Sometimes you’ll luck out with a good cook, but the wings haven’t been great for years. The front counter guy is worthless. Harsh but true. Somewhere along the line he messes up every order. Today… he didn’t know how to use a giftcard and then refused to give the manager’s name or the owner’s with contact info. Will be calling corporate. Don’t waste your time here and find another location.

Good wings most of the time we order… Today has changed my outlook on this particular location. I usually call before going and today I called while I was still close to my home and was left on hold until I got to the actual store(not cool) overheard the guy taking about 5 orders before coming back to the phone on which was weird to me. Isn’t there someone at the register and someone taking the order. Anywho, can’t complain too much.

I used to love Wing Stop, but I just recovered from a food borne illness I received from this location. It lasted 2 days and was extremely painful. Avoid this place!

Just left there after getting some wings for the Texans game. Watched the owner berate the the cashier for ten minutes, while my to go order waited on the counter. Luckily a cook came up to hand me my order. Haven’t eaten the wings yet, but based off the owners professionalism I will not be coming back. Have never seen such poor treatment of an employee.

Good wings and tasty fries made fresh 11 to midnight daily… decent price and they’ve got beer… they lose a star for no out door seating. And they also lose a point for charging extra for more than 1 sauce. But then again I ordered 3 boneless wings and gave me 5… i guess because they were small and tones of fries so that gaines them the point they lost for the sauce

I love their wings. My favorite: Lemon Peppers, Atomic(super spicy), and Garlic Parmesan. Service: you get about the same type of service around the fast food places. It pretty much depends on the person who serves you. So far, I got an ok service.
