Third bad experience at this location over the last year. Was seated, sat and watched another table be seated and served before us. Waited 15 minutes and then gave up, went to front desk to try to get anyone who could take our orders. Gave our full order to someone who wasn’t the waitress for our table, was told ten minutes then food would be out, waited 40 minutes before food finally was brought to the table with missing side items. Never was given an apology and no manager in sight. Won’t be back to this location which is a shame.
Similar experiences there previously of long wait times for a server to show up and then even longer wait on food. Place wasn’t busy we were seated right as we walked in.

Bob Evans Thanksgiving pick up pumpkin pie and fresh-​baked rolls amazing this year. They have the best pumpkin pie a must for holiday celebrations. It’s become a family tradition for us. Thanks Bob Evans employee crew!

Stopped here for breakfast on the last day of our vacation. Not even all the way in our seat and the waitress is asking for drink orders. Brought those out fast coffee was weak and flavorless. Glass of milk was room temperature. Sat for twenty minutes before finally another waitress took our order. Wait staff was not busy just standing around chatting with each other. Took forty minutes just to get two eggs and toast.

Stopped here for lunch on a weekday. I was by myself and it took them over 20 minutes to bring my food after I ordered. They didn’t even have the courtesy to apologize for the wait.
Not impressed and won’t be coming back to this location.

Love this bob evans. Solid food, friendly staff! Google for coupons to bogo breakfast. Clean and new facility. Fast service and I always feel like I’m cozy in the south here.

This place is never as clean as it could be. There are always crumbs on the floor, & the bathrooms could use a good power washing… or even re-​tiling.
However, the food is always good, & the service always outstanding. The kind you usually get from mom & pop places. The smiles alone keep calling me back.

Terrible service, never offered any refills. My hubbys burger was under done and there were onions in my fruit salad. However, we both ate for under $ 20.

Best Bob Evans I have been to in a long time. The waitress is tops! The food was fresh and tasty. Ill be back.
