This place was a pleasant surprise after a rough day! The food, service and atmosphere was FANTASTIC! This place is also a mecca for those looking for a gluten-free option that does not taste gluten-free. I had the steak burrito and spinach and artichoke dip(both gluten free) and they were FANTASTIC! To top it off, the staff offered us more iced tea in to go cups. The iced tea was even great. Unsweetened and not bitter at all! We will definitely be back here.

My son’s school uses this place to provide lunch everyday. When enrolling him we decided to go check it out. It was a hipster coffee house type of place. Food was not very good. I imagine they are only in business because they cater to organic eating crowd. I have heard numerous teachers at his school talk about how awful the food is too!

We stopped here for lunch at noon on a Saturday and the place was empty. The walls were purple and it was kind of dark. The menu looked good with lots of options of wraps, Panini’s, and salads. We had to order at the counter and the girl said most of the items have a white sauce which was described as garlic ranch. I got the turkey hummus wrap and my husband got a Greek salad and a gyro. Both of our meals came with tortilla chips on the side drizzled with white sauce also. The chips were a little stale. Both my wrap and my husband’s gyro had the white sauce on. It seemed odd that his Gyro wouldn’t have had tzatziki sauce. About halfway through our meal both of us were over the white sauce. It had an overpowering garlic flavor and since it was on everything on my plate it became suddenly unappealing. The fact that almost everything on the menu has the white sauce lead us to the conclusion that we will not be going back.

Great place for lunch. This was my second time coming to this establishment. I had the chicken hummus wrap and my husband had the chicken chipotle panini. We were both very happy and full when we left. Great price for a very pleasant lunch.

Had the Pineapple Express and it was very tasty. My son, a chicken nugget expert at the age of seven, says they have the best chicken tenders of any place we’ve been… and trust me… we’ve been to a lot of places. Music was great, fire was nice and the staff was friendly. Nice assortment of craft beers.

We enjoy this homey little lunch spot. So convenient in Springboro and easy to get to. The salads are fresh and the sandwiches are fun. A great place to meet with friends.

Portions are huge but you get a lot for your $. I love that they offer almond milk in replacement of Dairy for coffee. I’ve gotten several dishes and all were great! Trendy atmosphere but still kid friendly.

We moved to town a few months ago and I noticed all these stellar reviews for BB and decided to give it a try. We like to try and support small business when we can and if the place serves good food then… YAY! Unfortunately, Boro Bistro falls short in some major respects. We came in on a weekday evening and the place was nearly empty and there was no music at all, with such a HUGE space, the restaurant felt dark and eerie. Not their fault, really, so we kept our minds open. We ordered a couple beers and each had a panini. Customers order their meals at the bar and the food is served to your table when it is ready. Our paninis were just OK, the bread was a bit stale and pressed on the panini grill with no butter or EVOO so it was dry. The panini had a paltry portion of grilled chicken with like 1 ham slice and dijon mustard and all ingredients were very basic. Nothing special about the sandwich at all and certainly something I have made at my home many times(except I’d oil the bread obvi). The meals are served with«chips and salsa» on the side, which is approx. 5.5 store-bought tortilla chips with«white sauce»(garlic ranch) and a tiny cup of salsa. The white sauce and salsa were yummy, although I believe it was all pre-packaged and maybe simply mixed in the store. The meal was served on a small plastic plastic plate and felt like something I would throw together at home. It was as if everything was bought at Gordon Food Service and served at the restaurant, nothing was fresh or enhanced in any way by the person cooking the food. I also found it tacky to have a large sign reading; «Please tip your server, they work very hard serving you.» I don’t appreciate being ordered to tip someone, if I want too then I will. I understand that since we place our own orders at the bar some people may not think it necessary to tip, but a tip jar with«Tips Appreciated» would come off less pushy and make people feel more welcome. I am not a fan of most chain restaurants but Noodles & Company is set up just like Boro Bistro, you walk in and order your meal, and it is served to you when it is ready. Noodles also doesn’t accept tips and their food quality is much better. If you have to beg costumers for tips, you should ask your employer to pay you a fair wage.

Great find in a strip mall with a nice mix of options including plenty of healthy ones. Well worth the 2 mile detour from I-75 while passing through town. I had a thai chicken burrito and it was surprisingly good with a mix of chicken, veggies, and peanut sauce. The white chocolate coffee was awesome. My wife had a peppermint pattie one that was very good too. Service was great to top off the experience. I’d go back for sure if I lived in town.

Some of my favorites are the chicken quesadilla, pesto pizza, pesto wrap, and chicken burrito. The white sauce is AMAZING and the workers are so friendly! Definitely a Springboro must.

One of my favorite lunch spots. I usually get the chicken and hummus wrap, but I’ve tried other items. Made fresh and delicious. I clean my plate every time.

Boro Bistro is a nice little gem in Springboro. I can’t believe we’ve lived here for 6 months and haven’t visited until today. The pesto turkey panini was fantastic and, as others have mentioned, the white sauce is delicious. Can’t wait to go back and try some of the other menu items.

10⁄10 for me. Wait time for To-Go food, Very short(Especially for how busy they were.) Custom made a Strawberry Shake for my boy(Not on the menu.) Good atmosphere– Good Music. Food: Best Steak Burrito I have had in the area. Food was piping hot after driving back to the house 20 mins away. The famous white sauce was a good Garlic Ranch, and the Chipolte sauce gives a good kick to the food. Monster Fries were great(Jalapenos on cheese fries) and the $$$ was low for the quality. Great Job– I WILLRETURN! *Special Points for the Epic Purple Walls(Same as my computer room.)

This place was good but not great. $ 8.50 for a burrito. Not to bad but that great of a price. The burrito was good. Good flavor. The famous«white sauce» I think is nothing more than a hidden valley packet sauce mix. Also if you want to be all about fresh then get rid of the Odd Lots tortilla chips. Get something in here that may cost a bit more but will have a non stale flavor. For Christ sakes you are just down from Dorothy Lane Market. Use them.

Excellent food. Had the red pepper portobello panini. Went after the lunch hour, so not real crowded. The panini had an amazing taste and the bread was nice and crunchy

Everyone needs a good lunch spot. Seems like this is the perfect place. Prices are reasonable and portions are big. We went for a late lunch on a week day. It wasn’t completely empty. I had a grilled veggie panini and it was good. It was melty and warm and everything was made to order. The friendly wait staff brought our food and took away our plates but no tips necessary. A pretty good deal if you ask me. Plus, it has a friendly neighborhood feel to it, even though it’s in a strip mall.

For those of you dreading the day that the owners of Flavors finally sell the place and move open up shop in California, Boro Bistro is a worthy replacement. Food similar to Flavors and almost as good. Very friendly service and nice atmosphere.

I am in the Dayton area on a business trip and was looking for good vegetarian fare. Their veggie panini was delicious and FILLED with fresh veggies! Everything was very well portioned and the service was extremely fast and friendly. I would definitely come back!
