Well, I am giving them 3 stars, not because I did not see results, because I did. If you follow the instructions and ensure you are getting enough activity then you will see result. My 3 stars come because their customer service is awful. I mean god awful. My first visit, the lady hadn’t even looked at my chart before taking me back to the room. I had never done this before, and I would expect them to have known this was my first time. Furthermore, I watched someone leave the room I was going to be heading into, and the employee never changed the sheet. Come on, that’s just common courtesy, what if I was allergic to the previous persons body lotion. God forbid the previous customer had head lice. This practice just seems like common sense. Eitherway, the laserlipo works… just need to upgrade the customer service.
