I have had my share of salon experiences and I must say I have never had a better one than this salon. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and felt very welcome. I had a brief wait before my services started where I was offered wine, water and coffee. I must say this salon offered the absolute best customer service experience I have received in a very long time. I started with a massage by Maureen. She worked out every kink I had and knew just the right time to talk and the right time to let me relax silently. She seemed to find every knot and work it through. Then I was met by Rhonda who gave me a manicure and pedicure. I was very comfortable and did not feel like I was jipped by not enough massage or cuticle trimming at all. My nails look beautiful! Then Rhonda cut my hair. She did exactly what I wanted and was very knowledgeable about her job. Rhonda even took extra time(just as they were closing) to wax my eyebrows. No one rushed me out the door, they all took great time to assure I, as well as the other customers there at closing time, were very well taken care of. I am used to being rushed through haircuts to make room for the next customer, Not this salon. The entire time I was there, the owner’s son Kyle made me and other customers feel at home. He walked around the salon to make sure everyone had enough to drink and was comfortable. Rhonda and the entire crew made me feel like they totally cared about what I wanted and I left knowing I’ve finally found«my salon» — No need to look anymore. I will recommend this salon to all my friends!

Tabitha Coffey stat!!! I have been trying new spas and salons lately by taking advantage of the numerous discount offers that fill my in-box and when I received an email from this location offering me 50% off any service, I could not resist. Wish I would have resisted! I use to go to this location when it was Hausfeld’s Salon and even though I was not fond of the owner of Hausfeld’s, the location was always upscale and beautiful. Sadly, the new owners have a long way to go. The place looked unfinished and untidy. I booked a gel manicure and spa pedicure. The girl who did my service was extremely nice and I liked her. Unfortunately, her skills were lacking. My first indicator that this was going to be a bad experience was the pedicure«throne» which consisted of a wicker chair and a large bowl placed on a large wooden block that I had to uncomfortably position my feet in. Normally, I would want and expect a long massage and a thorough cuticle trim before my toes are polished but I was so uncomfortable that I was glad I did not get much of either. The manicure was less painful but was also not thorough. She barely massaged my hands, did no cuticle trimming and the gel manicure that she gave me lasted all of two days before it completely peeled off. Gel manicures normally last at least two weeks. Even at 50% off, this was no deal. I won’t be back. I wish them the best because this is a great location and they seem like nice people but they have a long way to go.
