My boyfriend and I joined AT&T a few months back. A few of our friends had AT&T as well and one day we were talking comparing bills and we discovered ours was very high for just the two of us. We went into AT&T to try and figure out what the problem was and if there was anything we could do to get our bill down(two college kids need to save money any way possible). We talked to an employee there and she told us she could tweak somethings and get our bill a little lower. She assured us she would get our bill lower and we had nothing to worry about. When our bill came next it was DOUBLE what it was before we went into AT&T to get the problem fixed. My boyfriend called AT&T to see what was going on and they pretty much told him we were idiots for believing her and there was nothing they would do to help us. We’ve never had problems with there service but we cannot in good conscious stay with a company we do not trust so needless to say we will be transferring to Sprint in the not so distant future

This AT&T store was clean and there were enough representatives to assist the crowd that started piling in after us. We came in to try to get my SO to be added to my plan and were assisted promptly. Our sales rep tried to persuade me to sign up for more than what I wanted, but he wasn’t too terribly pushy and we were in and out within half an hour. Staff is knowledgable and quick to assist. Could use some smiling though.
