Sprint Store

As others noted, it is really slow. Stay away weekend days for sure.
Also beware of bait and switch sales tatics for «add on» devices/​services. The store staff is either uninformed about promotions or deliberately deceiving people. I’ve spend many hours over several months trying to straighten out an add-​on tablet promotion that was never added to my account… in the end, I still got screwed and I am paying about double what I signed up for.

This place is a time trap, came in here to see about switching from Verizon the guy gave the girlfriend and I an estimate for our monthly service. We come back in to sign up and pre order the iPhone 6. A week later we come in to pick it up, we get it with no problems. A few weeks later I look at the bill that is supposed to be $ 160 but it’s $ 271.56?!? I call the customer service towel heads they tell us it’s correct and then admitted to me that the store had made an error. We go into the store for the 6^th time we wait at least 35 to 40 minutes each time! I have stuff to do for fucks sake!!! full time college at 18 credit hours, a girlfriend and sports. They tell us they can’t fix it today and to come back on sat the next day. Come on… I have to blow leafs do homework and relax from my full time work week I don’t want to get up and deal with these cock gobblers… Liars. We come in and wait for another 45 minutes stand around finally we get waited on… The sprint service itself is not much different than Verizon, it’s cheaper but at the same time it’s a major hassle to deal with the customer service at sprint, the worst I have ever seen in my life in the long run I may rather pay the $ 20 more a month to not deal with the constant bs charges you have to call in to get taken off and the generally fuckery of the company. Stay away unless you have hours and hours a week to spend on the phone with them to get charges that aren’t supposed to be there taken off. Brutal brutal brutal

Store is crazy for a weekday afternoon. It’s slow but the staff is doing a good job dealing with all the customers including the pushy lady who tried to jump ahead of everyone who has been waiting. I’d like to compliment the store manager for handling this lady with a cool head and professional manner. I’m also glad he didn’t cave in and jump get ahead of us. Yeah i have to wait but this isn’t fast food. I’m just shocked at how many people are here. I thought I’d do a quick stop on my day off… They’re all working with customers and none of the staff are slacking off at least.

This store is consistently slow. We’re stuck visiting here when we need service on our phones, but we almost always have to wait, even with an appointment, and after handing over the phone for an hour or more, we are often told there’s nothing they can do — even when we’re paying for the insurance on the phones. I guess you have to run over it with a car to get them to take the issues seriously.
This store also allowed a sub-​user to modify my account without my permission. I had to work with the manager to get things set right, but even with a passcode on the account, some of their associates will let people change the account plan, services, or incur phone upgrade charges without knowing the passcode or being the account owner. This is against Sprint policy, but it does happen. I would rather not deal with this store, but driving all the way to Kenwood or Florence isn’t often in my plans.
